Hi Everyone,
I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.
Please note I will be taking off the week of September 10, 2023. Readings will resume as usual September 17, 2023.

Relationships with others may be tested or strained, and though you obviously cannot control others, you can control the way you react. Role models and good examples will be in short supply. Use this as a thrust block to be a better role model. Be wary of building up friends or foes as more than they actually are, for better or for worse.
For the Situation, you drew Nuin or Communication well-dignified. This year will bring good things and good tidings from the world of strangers. Recognition, admiration, and potential friendships come from afar. It's a good year for travel and using technology constructively. It's also a good year for being social and learning new skills.

For the You position, you drew Nuin or Communication ill-dignified. The world of strangers stands a high chance of being surly and unproductive. Technology and transportation woes should be expected and prepared for: keep a backup plan handy. Also, the straightforward meaning of this card when ill-dig is that communications of all sorts will be strained.
For the Situation, you drew Ioho or Grace well-dignified. You show dignity and class if and when things do not go your way. Letting go of what is not meant for you or what is no longer yours is what makes a mature adult. Many never get there; in fact immaturity of the graceless sort is the defining characteristic of our era.
For the Outcome, you drew Oír or Epiphany ill-dignified. I tend to notice that Oír is always good in some way because it talks about truths being revealed. Whether ill- or well-dignified, truth can be painful, and it is the way we handle it that is important.

For the Situation, you drew Quert or Delight well-dignified. This week should be celebrated for its little moments. By modeling courtesy, paying attention to detail, and giving others the benefit of the doubt (for the most part) you can draw prosperity and abundance to yourself and your loved ones.
For the Outcome, you drew Luis or Protection ill-dignified. This card is one of the physical danger cards in the Ogham even when well-dignified, so be on your guard again this week. Other than that, it means feeling bogged down by the material plane and finding the waters muddled when it comes to discerning what is right. Additionally, it can mean hiding oneself away from the world a bit too well -- make sure you get out and interact with people in the sunlight for your own health and sanity this week.

Though this can indicate things are coming up roses, I notice in my own case, it's not a regular indicator of smooth sailing. It's more of an indicator of being solidly balanced and well-adjusted when adversity inevitably strikes.
For the You position, you drew Quert or Delight. You have a great deal of charm this week that comes from being humble, genuine, courteous, and attentive. You deserve a little break, and this card should be your green light to treat yourself to something nice this week.
For the Situation, you drew Ioho or Grace. You let go of what needs to be told "Sayonara" this week, and though the card is well-dignified, it could be painful or difficult. Because this one is in Situation, it could also be talking about someone who is deeply involved in your life.

2. May the Ogham comment on my obsession with my past mistakes/regrets/"sins"? On the one hand, I believe in repenting, and I believe that I am repenting. But on the other hand, there has to come a point when retreading "old hat" become perseveration or even self-sadomasochism.

2. May the Ogham comment on what I perceive to be my almost drunk-like state of being that I sometimes have inhabited for the past 30 years or so? In recently meditating on past problem behaviors and mistakes that I continue to repeat time after time, I am ashamed at not only how often I “played recklessly with house money,” but also am embarrassed at how much undeserved luck negated any repercussions I should have experienced.

For the You position, you drew Koad or Grove ill-dignified. This week isn't the one where everything goes your way, so take what little you can control and make the best of it. It is a good week to look at other times that were a bit on the sour side and to look at what you made of the situations and what could have been done to improve it.
For the Situation, you drew Saille or Sensitivity ill-dignified. A lack of will on your part has you flailing in the wind, and from what I can tell in my limited vision, you need to get outside yourself. Others are not thinking about you as much as you believe they are thinking about you. We all have our own lives to live and no matter how dramatic the past was, time does have a way of healing all wounds. Instead of worrying about what others think and trying to attune yourself to them while ruminating in the shared past, earth it out by finding a project or developing a skill that requires intense concentration and daily work. Even something absurd would be fine; for instance playing the recorder.
For the Outcome, you drew Ioho or Grace well-dignified. By letting go of what was not meant to be, you must go against the grain of the dominant spirit of our times. This is not easy work, but it will make your soul rejoice. It is a good week to purge stuff from your living space, clean out the cupboards and fridge, and recognize some Saturnian limits, especially about what you can and cannot control.
As to your changed question, the Ogham give you Straif or Resilience ill-dignified. There is something about your childhood and upbringing that needs to be thoroughly addressed in discursive meditation. If you were punished too severely, chances are you learned a malformed approach to self-discipline. If you were not punished enough, chances are you learned to think of yourself as überspecial and the mental equivalent of being obsessed with your reflection in the mirror became a poisonous pastime. In the weirdest way, having too much can seem like having too little.

When it is well-dignified, it means that you have a good perspective and approach to maintaining the well-being of yourself and your loved ones. The shelter you provide yourself and others fosters a good environment for learning and spiritual development.
For the Situation, you drew Muin or Harvest ill-dignified. Chances are you are expecting results you're likely not to get, or perhaps you are rushing something that needs more time. For me, this card can mean money turbulence, but it can also mean a risk of overindulging in food, drink, or overdoing it in general.
For the Outcome, you drew Onn or Community ill-dignified. The world of semi-strangers may be rude, out of line, or simply unable to connect you to what you want or need from it. Your best strategy is to keep your expectations low and to show grace and courtesy even when it is not shown to you. The other possibility here is that you may be expecting more from your community that it can reasonably deliver.

For the You or most immediate position, you drew Eadha or Limits well-dignified. There is great power that comes from recognizing limits, not just your own but that of the world you live in. Limits deserve a great deal more thought -- in what ways has understanding limits helped you, especially lately? When you did not work within limits in the past, what happened?
For the Situation, you drew Uilleand or Generosity ill-dignified. This card can point to spoiling or being spoiled, or the negative results of being smothered or molly-coddled either in the present or in the past, or dealing with someone who bears the predictable results of being spoiled. Other than that, it has a benevolent aspect: when you act generously and give with your heart, it will always come back to you times seven and often in seven different ways.
For the Outcome, you drew Onn or Community well-dignified. You gain from your network of extended family, friends, and colleagues. Their effect upon you is healing and supportive. That said, I will offer my disclaimer: though this could be a doozy of a week, it has every chance of being peachy. The only thing the Ogham are putting in stone here is that there is a propensity on your part this week not to have your thinking cap on or any easy state of grace when it comes to dealing with general life stuff. Other than that, this is what to look out for:
In the You position, you drew Luis or Protection ill-dignified. You've got multiple physical danger cards in this reading (you also drew Huath or Obstacles) so you should make a point out of not doing anything reckless or careless this week as chances are high that it could go awry. There will be a great deal of temptation not to be your best self and to react in a defensive way when you're not under threat or when you've misperceived a threat.
In the Situation, you drew Eadha or Limits. Things could go south a couple of ways here: either you may not recognize limits or perhaps you'll ignore them, or perhaps a force will try to push you or attempt to get a rise out of you. The best approach is to acknowledge limits and push back only if absolutely necessary -- take the kung fu master strategy and only use your fight if they bring it to you.
For the Outcome, you drew Huath or Obstacles. If you don't have enough Martial energy, you'll feel like your get up and go got up and went or you'll shrink away when you are called upon to have some guts and a strong spine. If you have too much Martial energy, you'll want to say more than is necessary and/or insert yourself where staying out of it would be much smarter. Always play for time if you have the chance, but if you don't, keep in mind there is always that off chance you'll have to take a concrete stand. Taking a stand when you are called to do so is a form of initiation that our guides put us through. The difficult part is understanding when exactly they want us to go into battle.

Car theft update

I don’t want it anymore because I’ve released it energetically so I’m thinking of selling it and investing in a newer truck.
Does the Ogham favor brand F, brand S , or brand T?

You may have released your truck, but I don't think your Tacoma has released you.
The Ogham give you three ill-dignified cards where a new truck is concerned.
For Brand F, they give Huath or Obstacles ill-dignified. This one will probably be hard to get, and even more problematic is it might be dangerous.
For Brand S, it's Quert or Delight ill-dignified, meaning there won't be much to celebrate with this one.
For Brand T, they give Muin or Harvest ill-dignified, meaning it won't live up to expectations or it won't be the right fit or both.

Expect a moment of truth this week, not necessarily an earth-shaker, but at the very least, a salient insight that will give you a little clue about how the world works. This card can be painful whether ill- or well-dignified. The truth can often hurt.
For the Outcome, you drew Tinne or Defense ill-dignified. Tinne is one of the physical danger cards in my Ogham, so be warned and don't run in flip-flops or stand on rickety chairs this week. Other than a physical warning, this card can mean not seeing your vulnerability when you think you are wholly secure. It can also mean a bit of recklessness, or being grumpy and over-sensitive.

You let go of what is not meant for you with style and grace. Overall, it's a good week to observe how you are flexible in some situations and rigid in others. When have you not been as upright in your strategy? What were the circumstances and what were the consequences?
For the Situation, you drew Fearn or Bridge ill-dignified. Bad advice most likely comes your way, or worse, good advice comes from someone you don't like at all and the knee-jerk tendency is to reject the message because you don't like the messenger. The Ogham are trying to give you a heads up here about life being a flaming dumpster fire from which you must salvage whatever non-fiery scraps you can and ignore the rest. Another possibility here is that you are called on to provide what you cannot give, and in that case, bow out with a graceful "I cannot" or "I don't know".
For the Outcome, you drew Coll or Wisdom well-dignified. It's not that knowledge will come easy this week, it's that you will show the Divine you are willing to do what it takes to earn it. Knowing your limits, working diligently, and not giving up even though the daily grind takes its toll is how you self-realize and develop your spirit. That said, some fool may try to draw you into their dramatic web (this often happens to me online) and the Ogham suggest you ignore it.

For the You position, you drew Luis or Protection. This is one of the physical danger cards in my Ogham, so I suggest avoiding risks this week and playing it safe wherever possible. Other than that, it can be talking about not being your best self, suffering an imbalance of ego, or believing you can control a great deal more than is realistic.
For the Situation, you drew Ruis or Regret. If you are imbalanced in the direction of too much regret, you may be beating yourself up in an unproductive way when you should just say "I don't do that anymore" and move on. Since this is Situation, someone in your life may be feeling too much guilt/regret or trying to make you feel guilty in order to manipulate you. If you have too little regret, you may be stomping through life like a bull in a china shop thinking it's all about you when it isn't. Also, there's nobody more arrogant and despised from every side than the one who cannot say "I could be wrong".
For the Outcome, you drew Coll or Wisdom. It's never good to pretend you know more than you do, and it always comes back around to bite you in the hiney. Far better to say "I don't know" or "I cannot" than to overcommit in that fashion. This is a good week to analyze your own boundaries and to contemplate the limits of your own knowledge.
