So gonna narrow it down. I plan to do a story not sure if it’ll be books, or a web comic called Auburn Valley. How will this project go?

My question is: Should I learn boxing?

My Ogham say no, boxing is not the right choice at the moment. They give me Gort (Ivy) or Perseverance ill-dignified. Is there another sport or activity that you would be giving up for boxing, or is there a training phase you have not yet completed? They are saying either that boxing will zap you too much or that there is another activity you'd get more from; maybe another martial art.

This week is a good week for you. Number one is the You card, which is Tinne. Tinne is Holly in the old system and in my Midwestern Ogham, it is the Eastern Cedar. Either way, it means Defense. You will be in relatively good health this week and mentally prepared for what life throws at you.

The middle Situation card is Duir, Gifts (Oak) ill-dignified. There is no bad side to Duir. Ill-dignified means you will be the recipient of a gift or somehow made aware of your privileges in the best possible way. You will be obligated to pay it forward, so the best way you can handle Duir ill-dignified is to be generous to a fault, which will in turn sublimate the gift and pay you back by seven times or more.

The final Lesson card is Beith (Birch) or Beginnings well-dignified. This week will bring a new, fresh positive influence, though whether this is turning over a new leaf, an actual new friend, or something completely different, I'm not sure.

I was wondering if it's in my Higher Nature's best interest for me that I learn astrology enough to do it as a practice? It would require a lot of time to learn it thoroughly and I'm not sure if I want to spend that much time.

When I asked "Should they go down the astrological road?" My Ogham say No, and they give me Onn (Gorse) or Community. They seem to be saying that you might fit in better with a different community, which means that another form of divination (and the spirits, gods, and people who revolve around it) might suit you better. I myself study astrology but I have no designs on becoming a professional astrologer. I seem to do better with simpler forms of divination for the time being.

My Ogham give you three cards for this week:

For the You position, you have Koad or Grove. This is a Forfedha, so I don't read it well- or ill-dignified. Nevertheless, all three Ogham were well-dignified for this reading. Koad is a card of karmic culmination, so look for a confluence of factors that shows you a lesson. For me these tend to occur in dreams and involve emotional resolutions, for instance, my latest essay talks about how Chicago in my dreams is a metaphor for being alive during a heavily industrialized period when people are far away from gods and spirits. Of course your results may vary.

For the Situation position, you drew Gort (Ivy) or Perseverance. This is saying that you are hanging in there and showing true resilience. This is strength you'll need later down the road and you'll be glad you built the infrastructure, as it were, for future times that will be leaner. This kind of resilience isn't necessarily talking about sustainability projects -- it could mean the strengthening of a human relationship or something else entirely.

For your third card, the Lesson, you got Ur (Heather) or Intimacy. This indicates harmony with someone in your inner circle and/or a feeling of being home. This is a good week to focus on those closest to you.

They say Yes, he did lie to you this weekend, but he's lying to everybody. They give me Nuin, which is Communication with the greater world, and it's ill-dignified.

For the second question, "What's going on w/him in Ohio?" They give me Ngetal or Cleaning. This seems to say he is trying to clean up his life and start afresh.

For the "What's the deal with his new house?" They give me Coll or Wisdom ill-dignified, which means that it wasn't the wisest decision on his part.

For your question, "Will I find my dream home this year?" They give me Oír or Epiphany well-dignified, so that seems to say Yes but it might not be what you originally imagined.

They're alerting me to something bad about your community. They give me Onn or Community ill-dignified, which means there is someone or a group of someones out there that you have to unfortunately take precautions around. Definitely do divinations before getting involved with any groups of people or even before doing someone outside your intimate inner circle a large favor.

Hi Kimberly, hope I'm not too late with this. What can you foresee happening with the SuperStraight meme/movement? Flash in the pan or start of something bigger?

I asked "Is there something more to the SuperStraight movement than a flash in the pan?" They say No, and they give me Koad or Confluence ill-dignified. SuperStraight is, to my mind, a harmless way of poking fun at people who have gotten way too bent out of shape about sexuality and gender.

Personally, I'm more than a bit gay, though I've never consummated my feelings for other women. Of course now that I have been in a happy, straight marriage for upwards of 20 years, I have zero plans to ever make that happen. That said, I never once found butch women attractive and effeminate men were also a complete turn-off. SuperStraight is great, but they should also make room for "Gay in our own way"!

Unfortunately, my Ogham say no. They give me Quert or Delight ill-dignified, which is saying you get a great deal from studying astrology but your living would be better made elsewhere. Please remember this is only one opinion and not necessarily the correct one -- I would meditate on it before making any permanent decisions.
