My question for you this week is this: will I be able to make a living as a professional astrologer at some point down the road? I know I have a lot to learn first, but I'm wondering for the long term.

Hi,

Unfortunately, my Ogham say no. They give me Quert or Delight ill-dignified, which is saying you get a great deal from studying astrology but your living would be better made elsewhere. Please remember this is only one opinion and not necessarily the correct one -- I would meditate on it before making any permanent decisions.

Oh, I know I can get a lot out of studying astrology, I already am! I figured it would be one of the many, many things which I can get a lot out of but not make a living with, so this just confirms my suspicions.

I feel you on this one. If it's any consolation, I am a degreed music teacher who invented her own job, and at the moment, I cannot entirely make a living doing what I do best, which is teaching music. This month, I was only able to make my bills because of a combination of Ogham PayPal donations, profits from my sheet music store, and my husband lending me a hundred bucks. (I lended him several hundred last month.) So technically I did not "make my living" as a music teacher this month... if I only taught music, either the electricity would have got shut off or hubby would have missed a car payment! What they might be saying is that you'll always need multiple streams of income... if so, welcome to my world.
