Ogham Readings on Sundays

Hi Everyone,

 

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

 

Please note I will be taking off the weeks of December 24, 2023 and December 31, 2023.  Readings will resume as usual January 7, 2024.

With pleasure.

You drew three cards.

For the You position, you drew Tinne or Defense well-dignified. In any dignity, Tinne can indicate physical danger or risk of becoming ill, so take preventative measures and keep a watchful eye. Defense is very easy to get wrong. By going overboard in one direction, you can leave yourself prone to attack from other directions. In a good dignity, it is a strong indication that you are keeping your reactions sane and balanced instead of running off in a silly direction. It may indicate that you will have to verbally stand your ground, so whether it is a loved one or a total stranger, be prepared to muster the courage of your convictions.

For the Situation, you drew Onn or Community ill-dignified. Things may be uneasy between you and the niche you are placed in. Since this is in Situation, it can refer to someone you care about facing the same thing. Troubles with any kind of casual acquaintance, including local store associates, neighbors, coworkers, or extended family members, may pop up when this card is around. It is also possible that you are expecting too much from your community or that it lets you down.

For the Outcome, you drew Ailm or Transcendence ill-dignified. Looks like trolling or just being depressed/whiny are going to be very tempting for you and those around you. If there be trolls, do not sink to their level. Don't react, or at least don't show them you're reacting. Trolls love to try and bait me with telling me how I feel, and that's really funny because if they knew the dark thoughts that cross my mind with zero emotions attached as a routine result of a very strange past, they would be both horrified and sorry they asked. Just leave them wondering. As a dyed-in-the-wool Midwesterner, I am of a tribe that disdains whining or frankly showing one's emotions in general, and this can be an equal and opposite problem. Sometimes whining is good if you are truly in pain and need help... otherwise nobody will be able to tell!
