Ogham Readings on Sundays

Hi Everyone,

 

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

 

Please note I will be taking off the week of September 10, 2023.  Readings will resume as usual September 17, 2023.

I have a promising job I have applied for and will be interviewing for soon. What advice does your Ogham give for me to secure the position?

Hi Anon,

My Ogham give you Ailm or Transcendence, which means it will help you to strike a balance when you describe what you believe your capabilities are between downplaying and glorification. All too often, people go into interviews and they make dishonest, overblown promises about what they can do. There are also people who go in and they effectively hand their potential employer a list of "I Wants" as if the world owes them a living. The balanced individual looks their potential employer in the eye and levels with them, saying "this is what I believe I can do for you." One of the biggest problems with being an employer these days is that people are chronically late and chronically take days off -- it's always an emergency for them, of course. If you're the type who actually shows up on time every day ready for work, you're already a shoo in and you should make mention of your punctuality and lack of unscheduled off-time; it will absolutely work in your favor.
