Ogham Readings on Sundays

Hi Everyone,

 

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

 

Please note I will be taking off the week of September 10, 2023.  Readings will resume as usual September 17, 2023.

Hi Tamanous,

This week may be a bit of a doozy: all three cards were ill-dignified. Hopefully you can spot any imbalances before they happen and circumvent them; I know that's what happens to me reliably often when I get an all ill-dig reading.

For the You position, you drew Tinne or Defense. Straight up, this is a potential danger warning from the Ogham, so keep a vigilant eye and don't take any risks. Other than that, it talks about being vulnerable. Be hyper-aware of bad influences and bad intentions coming at you. That said, paranoia is the opposite imbalance, so make sure not to be so vigilant that you forget to live your life.

For the Situation, you drew Mór or Sea Change. This card indicates that you are in a milieu of malaise that you can do nothing about. Perhaps someone close to you is going through a rough time, perhaps you have horrendous political grift like we do in Illinois, or perhaps the general state of the collective astral weather is especially bad in your pocket of the world. At any rate, it's crap, but you needn't feel bad about it because you did not cause it and there is precious little you can do to change it.

For the Outcome, you drew Coll or Wisdom. This is a good week to err on the side of mysterious and quiet. Make sure you have more than enough time to think about it before agreeing to anything -- those to whom you give an inch will try to take a mile. There may be hard work to do but there is an eventual payoff for it. Keep your nose to the grindstone with no expectation of reward.
