Ogham Readings on Sundays
Mar. 12th, 2023 12:19 am
Hi Everyone,
I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.
For a more in depth look into how I read and interpret the Ogham's symbols, please visit my website druidogham.wordpress.com.
I am currently trying to minimize my use of PayPal. If you'd like to make a donation, I would be grateful if you did it here:

Your prayers of blessing to the deity/deities of your choice are welcome whether or not you can donate.

Ogham reading requests are concluded for the week of 12 March 2023. Please be patient as it can take me anywhere between 4 - 48 hours to get to all of them. Thank you & see you next week!

Date: 2023-03-12 12:15 pm (UTC)Your Ogham readings have been accurate and helpful. Thank you.
This week I am wondering about three things:
1. What is the best course of action for A's current health challenge?
2. One of my son's suffers from severe panic attacks after seeing our family pet be killed by a very big and mean dog (I too suffer fear of bigger dogs now). I have tried a number of therapists to try and help. What course does the Ogham recommend?
Thank you!

My Ogham provide Luis or Protection well-dignified for A's current health challenge. This means that you should encourage A to get in touch with his/her higher self by praying to a deity and learning/doing discursive meditation. You might have them get on the Ecosophia Prayer List too if he or she is not already on it: https://tunesmyth.dreamwidth.org/tag/prayer+list
For the second question, ugh, I'm so sorry you both went through that! The Ogham provide Uilleand or Generosity well-dignified. The Ogham seem to think that taking his mind off of it entirely -- meaning not talking about it unless he requests it or brings it up himself -- and focusing on acts of generosity could potentially be more helpful. Even picking up trash at the forest preserve is an act of generosity that helps animals. Personally, I don't like large dogs either for similar reasons, though I did not see the death of my beloved pet, it happened when I was 11 and scarred me for life. I was suicidal, that's how bad it got. I went from viscerally hating all dogs for a LONG time, like 27+ years, until I saw the TV show It's Me or the Dog. I was finally able to heal where dogs are concerned -- not all TV is bad! -- because Victoria Stillwell (the animal trainer star of the show) was so gifted and compassionate and got me to see through the eyes of a dog. I would not suggest you watch the show with your son though, because Stillwell trains lots of problem dogs who might cause a flood of terrible memories he is not ready to deal with. Also, if you'd like, I can pray to Artemis, Hekate, and Ares on your behalf. All three are deities who deal with dogs and wolves.

I would be grateful for you to pray to Artemis, Hekate and Ares.
Another thought entered my mind that it may be a good idea to have my son volunteer with animals. He does love them.
