Ogham Readings on Sundays

Hi Everyone,

 

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

Hello Kimberly,

I'm the HS teacher from last time. Your reading last week was on-target. I did get some drama towards the end of the week, but nothing I couldn't handle.

This week is the last week before Spring Break. How about this week? Anything to keep an eye out for?

Hi Anon,

Thanks for the feedback! Glad the Ogham and I could help.

You drew three cards for this week, all well-dignified. This does not ensure a perfect week (I have had WAY less than perfect days on all well-dig readings) but it does mean that you are likely to handle whatever comes with dignity, maturity, and dare I say panache.

For the You position, you drew Tinne or Defense. The very presence of this card can signify physical danger, so I would be remiss if I did not warn you ahead of time to keep your wits about you and don't take any necessary risks. That said, this is more likely talking about you being in a balanced place about both your sense of self and your own limits are concerned. Forces may push and pull at you but you are very good at flicking away barbs and preventing trouble.

For the Situation, you drew Ruis or Regret. There is a good side to regret, for sure. I believe the whole point of incarnation is so we humans learn to stop doing behaviors we will later regret, whether that is overcoming a severe addiction or learning how to make someone feel loved, even during a time they don't technically deserve it. This is a good week to do some meditation on your own regrets, and times when you have been helped or hindered by them.

For the Outcome, you drew Luis or Protection. This is yet another potential danger card even when well-dignified. With the warning out of the way, it usually means the outreach of your Holy Guardian Angel. He/she/it wants to communicate with you and give you advice if you are willing to listen this week. I won't go into detail, but my HGA gave me an insight today while I was walking in the forest preserve. I am already finding it helpful. Being in touch with your HGA is like having access to a Carl Jung-level therapist who knows exactly what you need to grow as a person.

I always say the same thing: relentless, daily bouts of discursive meditation! Start with about 5-10 minutes a day.
