I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills -- but if you want to donate for it, I'll happily buy myself a book, a snack, or a cup of tea while on the town. Please only donate if you can absolutely afford it. I've been there. Your prayers for my continued success are welcome whether you donate or not! I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

2, I currently have two systems of divination that I can mostly work with to good results, runes and geomancy. But I think I need to focus on one or the other for now so I can dedicate some time each week to becoming great at one for now. Does your Ogham believe I should focus on runes or geomancy?

For the You position, you drew Gort or Perseverance. You have developed a strong backbone and it is much harder for upsets and drama to get to you. This could also be talking about material prosperity or security as the natural result of moderation and planning ahead.
For the Situation, you drew Fearn or Guidance. You and/or someone close to you is able to put good advice into use. Keep in mind "advice" in the Ogham can come from just about anywhere: the gods, a neighbor, an old book, a spirit, etc. This card can also symbolize you as the advice-giver, and in that case, you fortify your own situation by being generous with your help.
For the Outcome, you drew Coll or Wisdom. There is the tendency to keep your mouth shut at the right times. Watch for the lessons of remaining silent all around you. Danger abounds while traveling, but it is a very rare occasion to be as near to a lightning strike as we found ourselves last Tuesday. My reaction time training paired with online calculators suggested that the strike was within 300 feet!
We safely completed our journey across the mountain west to the south. If it wasn't for the water situation I think I would enjoy living in many of the towns we traveled through. I saw two other undeniable PNW diaspora along the way with Uhaul trailers in tow. I'm so glad that the Ogham continously cautioned me against that option.
We've even made an offer on a house. It isn't the one I asked about last week, but it's in the same neighborhood. Our agent isn't amazing, but we fortunately have experience with this process and what a quality agent is capable of and so we're able to handle it.
The questions I have for the Ogham this week are: will this house prove to be good for me and my family, will I be able to get what I'm asking for in the offer or will it require too much of my resources, and should I proceed with this transaction?

My Ogham are a bit conflicted on this one. They say the house is not good for you and your family. What this could mean is that you might be happy, but someone else in the family could be dissatisfied. They provide Ngetal or Hygiene ill-dignified, indicating the house will need a major cleaning, renovations, and/or the land spirits could be difficult to work with at first.
For the second question, they think you won't be able to get what you are asking and that the offer could be a major resource drain. They provide Eadha or Limits ill-dignified, meaning they suggest you decide what your limits are and stick to them no matter what.
For the third question, they say Yes, and they provide Gort or Perseverance well-dignified. They don't at all guarantee you will succeed, but they think going for this house will provide important lessons, so it will be worthwhile to go through the process whether or not you get it.

The Ogham provide Eadha or Limits well-dignified, meaning that as long as you don't go in with excessive pessimism or its opposite, unrealistic expectations of glory, it will be a nice event for all, including you.

There is either a lack of energy or a misdirected excess of energy, for instance, going in too many directions to be potent (trying to get too much started) or putting energy towards a futile avenue. For me, this card warns me to narrow down my schedule and to remember I only have time for a few things.
For the Situation, you drew Straif or Resilience well-dignified. You are hanging in there and as this is in Situation, it affects those around you. You tend to be an island of sanity for those who know you well. The best way of paying this forward is to be gregarious and open. The spirits will smile upon you for being helpful and will send that energy looping back your way.
For the Outcome, you drew Luis or Protection ill-dignified. You'll need to be careful this week. Don't take unnecessary risks, wear oven mitts if you're handling something hot, and keep it conservative in general. Luis ill-dignified can also be talking about lapses of conscience and not listening to the Higher Self enough.

There is a happy and moderate balance of defensiveness that is worth thinking about this week. What happens when people over-defend themselves, their properties and property values, and their way of life? Who have you known in your life who has suffered from having little to no defenses?

For the You position, you drew Oír or Epiphany well-dignified. You'll have a much needed realization or moment of clarity this week. Though it is well-dignified, I often find that when I draw this card well-dig, it's not a bed of roses. It is usually a bit brutal as revelations often are.
For the Situation, you drew Ruis or Regret well-dignified. You have plenty of regrets, however, you have the propensity to handle them well this week. You don't assign excessive blame or blame where it doesn't belong, and that's an important skill to have as most people play blame games with themselves and others instead of analyzing themselves properly. You take credit and culpability when they are due.
For the Outcome or Karma, you drew Muin or Harvest ill-dignified. There may be a tendency to want or expect too much from situations or people. Try to be realistic. Prepare to gracefully let go of what isn't meant to be. There is also the possibility you are trapped in one or more "psychology of previous investment" snares where old thought patterns have gone past their prime.

Nuin actually means reaching out to strangers, so the Ogham are being blunt if you ask me. Do they have BandMix.com in your area of the world? My husband has found lots of musicians through that service.
For the value of the synths, my Ogham say keep them. They provide Koad or Confluence well-dignified. Koad is a crossroads of factors saying at this time in your life, you need to hold on to those synths as they are helpful to you.

They give three cards, all ill-dignified.
For the main card, a judgment of King Charles on the most personal level, they provide Ruis or Regret ill-dignified. Charles has much to be ashamed of and either he wallows in shame in his private time or he has the opposite imbalance of no shame at all, meaning he is a psychopath/narcissist. He did hang out quite a bit with the late Jimmy Savile, a raging pedophile... One wonders what they got up to.
For the Situation, which involves people close to Charles such as Camilla Parker Bowles, Charles got Quert or Delight ill-dignified. This points to Charles and his closest posse overdoing it.
For instance, if they overindulge in royal debauchery, they will be likely to get caught with their pants down, and perhaps literally. It also points to Charles and his inner circle being insufferably rude and ungrateful human beings behind closed doors.
For the Outcome or Karma, Charles got Huath or Obstacles ill-dignified. Charles may end up being hated. Huath can mean physical danger or it can also meaning vacillation/running away. Now that all eyes are upon him, Charles's life is not going to get easier. He won't be able to squirm out of a lot of the things he said or did and the decisions he makes in the future will be viewed as too weak or too forceful. He will feel he cannot win and he will have presumed correctly.

Be careful when it comes to physical limits. Pushing too little could mean not being active enough, letting yourself getting roped into doing stuff you don't have time for or don't want to do, or being financially strapped.
For the Situation, you drew Saille or Sensitivity well-dignified. You and the people around you are just flexible enough this week. This is a good week to look at what a balance of sensitivity means. Is it being quiet in the mornings or evenings to respect someone else's sleeping habits? Is it getting rid of things that end up owning you more than you own them? What does it mean to have enough energy for the things you want to do after you do what you have to do?
For the Outcome, you drew Gort or Perseverance ill-dignified. I personally have gotten Luis or Protection ill-dignified several times and I notice Huath coming up in readings. Either one of those can indicate danger, so my suspicion is there is nasty energy from the astral plane discharging right now and bringing physical storms, which don't always manifest as just thunder and lightning. Overall, don't try to force an outcome in a difficult situation, meaning if someone doesn't respond to an inquiry or a wish of yours, don't push it, just back off. That said, be prepared to fight and go forward like a good and loyal knight if a bad situation presents itself.

This week I’ve been mulling over the decision on whether or not to engage a recruiter, which is a substantial investment, to assist me in hiring an “integrator”, or “second in command” for my business. This will involve a major financial outlay on my part, but my gut tells me it’s a needed step to grow and scale my business.
I would like to see what the Ogham has to say about it. I appreciate he reading and wish you a great week.

Huath pops up for your You position ill-dignified. Again, I will express my worries about this card as it can warn of physical danger. Usually it isn't the case though and is more of a gentle reminder not to force your hand or come on too strong, but also to stand up for yourself (and the defenseless) if there's a confrontation.
For the Situation, you drew Ioho or Grace well-dignified. You and/or someone close to you benefits from the energy of giving up what isn't meant to be or what is past its prime. Aging gracefully is one of the ways "giving up" can equal sanity and good judgement.
For the Outcome, you drew Ur or Intimacy ill-dignified. There is a tendency to either spill too many beans and yakkity-yak about things that should go unsaid or there is the opposite imbalance, which is to clam up or worse lie to someone you love and respect because you think they cannot handle the honest truth. There is usually a way to express how you feel without having to fib, but it is a tightrope at times and we all constantly must decide how much of our inner selves to reveal to other people. In my own life, there is a great deal that I don't talk about and I think it's for the best.

In the past, I put a lot of hard work toward the goal of becoming a novelist, but I walked away from all that in 2016 when I saw cancel culture beginning to affect that industry and realized I didn't want to spend my life lying awake at night worrying what would happen to me when somebody somewhere somehow inevitably got offended by something I wrote. I hope those people find happiness, but I know I am not equipped to provide it for them.
I'm now in a different line of work that uses my writing skills but takes the bulls-eye off my face. It's a much better fit for me than being a published novelist would ever have been, and I'm not stressed out by it, and I want to keep doing it for the rest of my life. I'm happy enough with my current line of work that I hadn't thought about my unpublished novel in a long time.
However, a member of my extended family never let go of the idea of Angry Oregonian As A Published Novelist (or, perhaps more importantly, the idea of herself as The Knower Of A Published Novelist). Out of the blue, she got on me about that this past week, and it really upset me. I didn't make my decision to leave fiction writing lightly -- I talked about it with a therapist for several months, and my relative knows this. I did tell her at length this week how my present line of work is a better fit for me, but I don't know if my explanation will take, as she can be pretty bullheaded about things.
Anyway, I hope this feedback helps! Thanks again for the reading.

You could also be frustrated by what you don't know and nobody is telling you. It's important not to jump to conclusions and to keep in mind how limited human minds are, including your own.
For the Situation, you drew Onn or Community ill-dignified. You'll feel like the proverbial square peg in a round hole this week, perhaps facing disdain from semi-strangers or irritation among distant family and casual friends. Because this is Situation, it may be talking about a close friend or family member.
For the Outcome, you drew Huath or Obstacles ill-dignified. Once again, I'll warn of the dangers of this card and that physical danger has been popping up for lots of people, along with insomnia. The energy on the astral plane is generally a superstorm right now with much of the bad energy building up in pockets and causing microbursts of violence, despair, and horror. I've been having lots of unpleasant dreams and my family members have suffered insomnia. Well, like me today, you got an all ill-dignified reading. In my case, my ill-dignified reading was far from disastrous. It did help warn me not to go to the sketchy forest preserve (Luis/Protection ill-dignified) and not to expect too much from my Youtube channel (Fearn or Guidance ill-dignified). In your case, you got Beith or Intention. When ill-dignified, this means spreading your energies too thin and over too much real estate. It can also mean pouring yourself into something that ends up being a waste of time, like cooking a meal that doesn't turn out well or trying an activity for the kids that ends up being wrong for them. Overall, don't agree to anything before having the chance to think it over properly.
For the Situation, you drew Koad or Confluence ill-dignified. Much of what doesn't go right this week has nothing to do with you. I have mentioned on other readings how bad the astral plane is right now, and that has plenty to do with it. Nevertheless, there are parts that are the results of your own actions and there are things you can control. Try to figure out what is your domain and do your best to improve it this week.
For the Outcome, you drew Phagos or Teaching ill-dignified. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. Sometimes the best thing to do is let the horse be thirsty.
