Ogham Readings on Sundays
May. 14th, 2022 10:34 pm
I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills -- but if you want to donate for it, I'll happily buy myself a book, a snack, or a cup of tea while on the town. Please only donate if you can absolutely afford it. I've been there. Your prayers for my continued success are welcome whether you donate or not! I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night.
************Ogham readings are concluded for the week of May 15, but feel free to comment on existing posts. See you next week for more free Ogham readings!*************

What will the outcome be if I go on a date with the person that asked me out?
Thank you for your time.

For the You position, you drew Uilleand or Generosity. This means that you'll go out with this person as an act of generosity more than a leap of faith. Though the card was well-dignified, it is the sort of influence that can easily become imbalanced. I believe the Ogham are warning that one of you has a tendency to smother and get over-attached.
For the Situation, you drew Phagos or Teaching well-dignified. The best way to approach this situation is to meditate on your past relationships and your views on dating/romance to get a clear picture of what is going on. It's not too much to envision all possibilities from absolute best to absolute worst. I would certainly hold off on anything more than a casual date until these themes are thoroughly explored in meditation.
For the Outcome, you drew Saille or Sensitivity ill-dignified. This is the one that has me most concerned and it's why I'm reading the other two cards as cautionary. Saille is the card of Aphrodite. If she's ill-dignified, it means that this relationship that starts as a single date may not be what is best for you. It also could be a trip down a path that prevents you from meeting someone who would be a better fit or that generally goes south.
