I watched the banishing ritual video that you linked before I went to bed last night.

I read about the banishing rituals and demons and tried to determine where I may be on that spectrum.

I feel better this morning after watching the video.

Glad to hear it. You might try praying to Apollo or Athena as well -- Apollo will help you break through your fear with logic and Athena lends bravery.

Please, could you re-post the link to the banishing ritual? I've been having vivid dreams of me/home being attacked. Almost every night. Last night I dreamt of a spear on fire being thrown through the wall into my room. I was sitting up and turning on a light (and swearing) before I woke up enough to realize it was a dream.

I already pray but it doesn't seem to be working on whatever is causing the dreams.
