It's very possible she knew someone or had to live with someone who did sell their soul though, and that may be why the demon is interested in your present incarnation. This demon could be kind of like a skeezy guy at a bar who creeps around hoping to get laid; keep your guard up and banish every day is all I can suggest.

For the You position, they give Fearn or Bridge well-dignified. You will have to be strong this week and this card indicates you'll have the wherewithal to deal with it. Fearn also shows that your strength makes you a role model for those who truly need it right now.
For the Situation, you drew Coll or Wisdom ill-dignified. This means that either you'll be tempted to put your foot in your mouth, or possibly that someone will make a huge blunder where you are concerned. It's also possible that your wisdom won't be appreciated or that you won't feel you can share it (pearls before swine).
For the Outcome, you drew Huath or Obstacles ill-dignified. Huath is a card of force and being forced. Since this is the karma position, the Ogham are telling you to gird up your loins and prepare for the s**tstorm. Once the rubble stops bouncing, it will be OK but it's going to be rough. Pray to Ares/Mars for guidance -- he rules this card.

Date: 2021-10-19 05:15 am (UTC)I finally told a good friend literally TODAY, that I was against the vax mandates and not a leftist anymore. They took it very well and were understanding and even commiserated, but maybe that was all a facade ... or well, maybe the world is about to explode. Ive got rice and beans and some other stuff so hopefully that'll work out okay.
So interesting; I asked the Ogham about my current state overall yesterday, and got Ruis upright for you, Duir reversed for situation, and Phagos upright for outcome. Perhaps times are just changing that quickly? That can happen I suppose. Thank goodness for Fearn; I often read it as a sort of .... snapping together of two factors almost magnet-like, that create a harmonious, robust flow between them. Damn me if that isnt exactly what I need in the sort of situation you describe!

In the You position, you drew Phagos or Teaching well-dignified. This week, you have the potential to get a bird's eye view of something you excel at (this isn't necessarily academic, but it can be). For instance, I am a music theory expert (academic field) but I am also a consummate Crazy Cat Lady (unrecognized field of expertise). You'll have the opportunity to use your expertise to help someone else. This generates good karma all around.
For the Situation card, you drew Huath or Obstacles well-dignified. It is very likely you'll have a trying situation this week and it is also likely that you'll face it with bravery and pragmatism.
For the Outcome, you drew Ruis or Regret ill-dignified. This points to two different possibilities, an excess or a lack of the Ogham element in question. If you have excess Regret, it means you are beating yourself up in a non-constructive way and the Ogham are saying "take a step back". If you have too little Regret, it could be a "fools rush in where angels fear to tread" situation a.k.a. recklessness or another type of non-regretfulness, excessive pride and a refusal to admit you were wrong.

My Ogham say you've got to watch out for prideful idiots this week. They provide Oír ill-dignified. Oír means Epiphany and if it is ill-dignified, it means that there is an idiot or group of idiots you should mostly just avoid, and if they force you to deal with them, to make a clever workaround that they don't have to know about.
Specific questions are fine as long as you realize that like me, the Ogham are NOT infallible. They have been wrong before and so have I!

Like many people (everyone?) I am going through a period of considerable challenge, facing vaxx-mandate-job-loss among other things. I would like to keep this as simple as possible for you, and so I thought over various ways to formulate my question, but I guess the best one is:
I am looking for advice on what my role is supposed to be during this time; how I can exercise the gifts I've been given; advice about whether I'm on the right track; etc.
If you think this is too vague, or amounts to more than one question, then I can clarify.

It saddens me to hear you are facing the vax-showdown baloney. I believe the people driving this have a karmic wallop headed their way. Unfortunately I do not see it arriving in time to save a great many of my friends' and colleagues' careers.
As for your questions, my Ogham say this:
As to your role, the Ogham give you Ioho or Grace ill-dignified. They are saying that you need to cultivate your Stoicism because like many, you will be forced to give up much of what you hold dear. Your role is to make the best out of what you are given and to embody the patience of Saturn (very, very patient and graceful). Nevertheless, Ioho ill-dignified warns you not to give up too easily and to fight the people who are trying to make you submit.
As to how to exercise the gifts you have been given, my Ogham give you Eadha or Limits well-dignified. Clearly they are telling you to embrace limits and to learn the power of limitation. So many of us have been told "You can have it all!" and if we are wise, we realize we don't want it all, just our own niche or specialty and to feel wanted, needed, and loved.
As to the right track, my Ogham say you are on it. They give you Duir or Gifts. Duir is symbolized by the oak tree and is a blessed, magnanimous card. Always keep a generous spirit and don't get too attached to the material and you will find that your next meal is always taken care of. Generosity sublimates -- it's the one part of our lives that isn't so limited in the way it can make everything better.

Neither will you be inclined to take foolish risks nor will you box yourself into a corner of overreaction. This is a good week to look at your defenses: physical, psychological, and spiritual. What about them works? What does not work?

For the second or Situation card, you drew Mór or Sea Change. Mór is your milieu or the world that you live in that has a mind of its own and that you largely cannot change. This world, according to the Ogham, is beginning to swing in your favor this week.
For the final Outcome card, they gave you Straif or Resilience. You are handling things gracefully and you are leading the way by hardy example. This sort of adaptiveness is appreciated by the gods, I think, and it is certainly very badly needed these days.

I have often been plagued with this in my life: wanting to be too many things and fear of missing out (FOMO). This week, it's mostly a bunch of crap according to my Ogham. All three cards were ill-dignified.
For the You position, you got Coll or Wisdom ill-dignified. It's going to be tempting to divulge information that you need to keep a secret. It's also going to be tempting to cast pearls before swine. Coll ill-dignified is also a card of your expertise being disregarded.
For the Situation position, you drew Nuin or Communication ill-dignified. Communication with the world of strangers is of little help this week. You aren't able to reach the ones you want to reach and they are not able to reach you. Again there is a potential issue of spilling too much information, so play it close to the vest.
For the final or Karma, it is Duir or Gifts ill-dignified. Duir does not truly have a bad side. If it is ill-dignified, it means that you are the recipient of a gift that you will need to acknowledge and pay forward at some point. It could also mean that you give generously to someone in a way that involves sacrifice for you, the gods see it, and reward you.

For the Princess, they provide Ioho ill-dignified. Ioho is Grace and it either means clinging unnecessarily or giving up too easily.

For the first question, is there a strategy to move it forward more quickly? They give you Mór or Sea Change. There's nothing you can do to get them to expedite the process. Mór is the card of your general world or milieu and nobody has any control over it except maybe the gods.
For your second question, they tell you to consult the internet. They give you Nuin or Communication well-dignified, which is to say the world of strangers will give you a ballpark answer. Maybe look up reviews of the insurance company as to what other homeowners' experiences were.
For the third question, they say you need to be more resilient. They give you Straif or Resilience ill-dignified, which tells me you are good and tired of living in the trailer. They are saying make the best of the trailer because it could be a while.

That said, when this card is present, be extra vigilant about physical, mental, and spiritual safety because just drawing it often means there is a lurking threat.
For the Situation card, you drew Quert or Delight ill-dignified. You'll be tempted not to stop and smell the roses this week. I often draw this card when the weather is beautiful and I know that I need to make time to hang out with my tree friends in the forest preserve. With my busy schedule these days, it's very tempting just to keep driving and not enjoy anything too much because of time/money shortages. On the opposite end of things, it could mean that you're being too lenient with the Delight influence, perhaps overdoing it and getting a hangover or letting your responsibilities get away from you.
For the Outcome, you drew Mór or Sea Change ill-dignified. There are many factors completely beyond your control that veer south this week. These will have to do with the town, city, country, and era you live in of which you are only a tiny part. You may have to call up your inner Stoic.

You have the gift of Protection, meaning you have understanding or insight where this is concerned. In my case, I have a similar gift. I grasped the Sphere of Protection very quickly. The book I am writing, Sacred Homemaking, mostly talks about building protective non-material structures in one's home in order to foster spiritual (and mental, psychological, physical) development. The tunes I write to accompany the Orphic Hymns are protective in nature: they're meant to protect the people who listen to them and perform them and they are meant to protect the hymns themselves from being forgotten. What natural magic do you know? If I had a few more lifetimes as Kimberly Steele to burn, I'd look into acquiring training as a non-Christian exorcist. At the very least, I'd want my own door-to-door hoodoo cleaning business.

This week's reading looks good. All three cards were well-dignified. I think this means the Ogham agree with you for seeking the third specialist's opinion.
For the You position, they provide Huath or Obstacles. Huath in my Prairie Ogham is symbolized by the American Sycamore (not the same as the Middle Eastern Sycamore) and it's a stern, martial card. You are going to fight but the chances are very good that you will do what is right and that you will win for yourself and the baby.
For the Middle or Situation card, they provide Straif or Strife. You are being put to the test. The measures you implement now will provide strength you need for a very long time. Again I think the Ogham are saying good on you for not succumbing to pressure from forces that don't have your best interests in mind and would just as soon bowl you over for their preferred outcome.
For the Outcome or Karma, they give you Quert or Delight. Quert is the ability to kick back, relax, and stop and smell the roses. Quert is the dignity of courtesy and manners and the determination to take the high road of consideration and nuance instead of reacting with spite.

Date: 2021-10-20 03:06 am (UTC)I wanted to let you know something happened yesterday and this morning (before I saw the new reading) that really closely fit last week's reading. There was a weird and very stressful communications mixup, and then it got resolved when the person I couldn't communicate with went off duty and someone else came on duty and solved it. So, pretty accurate!
Today I saw my PCP who told me: She used to be an OB! I had no idea! She gave me some tips which I will use to keep fighting this week.
