My advice would be to set up a small altar -- a drawing of her in a decorated child's lunchbox would be enough, but of course you could get more elaborate than that. Then do something ritualistic every night in front of the altar. I say night because Aphrodite is the "night loving" goddess. You could also dedicate a few discursive meditations to some of her aspects, such as her marriages to Hephaestus and Ares, her origins in Cyprus, plants she likes such as roses and milkweed.
