My advice is to look at what jobs were available circa 1950 or 1920 (depending on how badly you think the next few years will be), and are also available now. This is why I'm jumping into the electrical industry: unless things go really far south the grid will survive and people will still need someone who can worth with their electronic devices (1950s); if it does go really far south and the grid collapses, well, people will need someone who knows how to get them electricity (1920s)!

We will not collapse all the way to a preindustrial society overnight, but we will almost certainly fall a long ways in the rest of the 2020s...
