Hi Kimberly,

A couple months ago I asked about the prospects for my husband's new job. Your ogham said it would let him use his geekiness well.

He recently got his 90-day evaluation. It was great! More enthusiastic than any he ever got at his previous job!

We're concerned though. He has Asperger's. He did not disclose this to his previous job. He was fired from there, and for their reasons they listed a bunch of the symptoms of Asperger's. So he was fired for having Asperger's, and this was legal, because he hadn't disclosed. I hope that's clear (many people have extreme difficulty understanding this, and I'm not sure where the miscommunication is happening, so I'm not sure I've solved it here...maybe what I need to make clear is that he was fired for having the disability, not for having the label?).

For this reason, at the time I asked the question, we had planned that he would disclose this time. But he hasn't been sure how, so he hasn't done it.

My question is: If he ends up never disclosing, will this change his prospects at his new job?

Then I'd also like to ask my usual question: What's up for me this week?

Hi, they say No, if he doesn't disclose his condition, it won't make a difference. They give me Nuin (Ash or Gingko) which I believe they have given me before in reference to him.

As for your week, it will be tough but you will be all right.

For the You position, they give me Ruis (Elder or Black Walnut) or Regret ill-dignified. They are warning you to watch for an action you might regret, or inaction. The Ogham are notoriously gentle, so this could be a "don't put your foot in your mouth" admonishment or a "make sure you take five minutes to grab a bite to eat and a hot tea" admonishment. On rare occasions, it warns me of something more grave or serious, for instance when it warns me of some of my extra stupid tendencies.

For the middle position, they give me Ngetal or Hygiene ill-dignified, which means you'll have one of two hygiene imbalances physically, mentally, or spiritually most likely coming from an outside source. In these days of Corona paranoia, I notice Ngetal coming up frequently because it tends to symbolize the fearmongering around COVID. That said, it could be indicating an entirely different matter.

The Outcome/Karma card is Straif (Blackthorn or Honey Locust) well-dignified. Straif means Resilience. Your openness and flexibility is making you strong and what hasn't killed you at this point serves to make you stronger. Look for the positive strategies you've had in the past. This is a good week to recognize, celebrate, and double down on those strategies.
