Yes that is what they are more or less saying. They've been doing the same to Norse mythology for a few years now. Not long ago, the Swedes were subjected to an ad campaign from their own government telling them that a Swede isn't even a thing. No history. No culture. Nothing. At what point does all this stop being a coincidence and start being an intentional attack?

OK, thank you, that's what I figured. I'm also guessing that the writer of the article is a self-hating white woman with extensive grad school. She's such a complete ass -- meanwhile, materialist atheists are laughing at her for entertaining those beliefs in the first place. Her notion of myths is a Disneyfied caricature anyways, and she operates from the presumption that anyone who believes in the Fae/fairies envisions the same silly cartoons she has dancing in her vacuous skull.

I saw the stupid airline ad that tried to claim Swedish meatballs weren't Swedish or some such nonsense.

I think it's a hangover from Christianity. They were most likely guilt-ridden, cower-before-God types in their immediate set of past lives, so they've taken to self-flagellation because they've never done enough deep thinking to strike at the root of their self-hatred. They are still racists. The bigotry of low expectations is the most insidious form of racism. By accusing her own race of thoughtcrime against all the brown and disabled people, Daimler is actually saying she knows herself to be superior because she was born in a certain race. She is projecting her own thoughts on fellow white people rather than dealing with her own internalized racism. In other words, she should try meditating upon her diatribes before she hits the publish button.

What is happening to the Swedes absolutely is an intentional attack, indeed it is what a genocide attempt looks like in the 21st century. There are a whole bunch of those going on simultaneously in the world as we speak.

I find Sweden interesting because it is the perfect example of a bunch of highly intelligent people being corrupted over the course of several generations. Sweden practiced forms of eugenics and compulsory sterilization for most of the 20th century. The end result has been ironically similar to what happens in overly genetically homogenous wealthy families (a.k.a. rich inbreds). The intelligentsia, which I would argue is majority of Swedes, have become emotionally and pragmatically crippled. They have almost no Mars energy: they are divided of will, listless, and unwilling to deal with the consequences of their actions. They are infected with venereal excess: rampant materialism, elite snobs clinging to creature comforts ignoring the starving peasants shouting at the gates.
