Ogham Readings on Saturdays

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills.  Please limit your reading request to four or fewer Ogham cards: though this can take many forms, here are some common ones (all of them are basically combos of 4 cards):

 

-a single three card reading for the week or month and a one-off, one card reading

-four questions about four separate items that require one answer (card) per item
-a one card reading to answer a specific question and a three card for a more nuanced question
-Two separate readings, two cards a piece exploring the positives and negatives of two different choices

 
I am happy to do Ogham readings confidentially via email -- just email me at k steele studio at gmail during the allotted time/before deadline.  I cannot answer health questions.  If you have a question about health or another sensitive, private matter, provide a bunch of non-identifying information and the Ogham will be able to figure it out even if I don't. I'm serious... the Ogham actually tend to "know" things without me being privy to what is going on.

Please note I take time off during Solstices and Equinoxes for Druid stuff and because sometimes I simply need a break. 

My next planned break is from October 23 - November 6.

I take reading requests from whenever this post goes up on Friday night until 8pm US Central Time Saturday.

Archangel contact

Hi Kimberly,

Recently, I've been getting a lot of synchronicities, signs, symbols and animal sightings which point me towards an archangel I'd not really heard of before, by the name of Ariel. She seems to be associated with protection of the natural world. I'm happy to make contact, but so far my prayers to her haven't yielded anything.

I therefore wanted to ask the following 2 questions:

1. Is the archangel Ariel making contact with me?

2. How should I try to make contact back, or otherwise try to earn her favor?

My Ogham say Yes, the archangel Ariel is making contact with you. Lucky! They give you Coll or Wisdom well-dignified, which tells me that she wants you to practice daily discipline in whatever way is the most natural to you. In my own case, my daily disciplines include sweeping my own floor, doing a banishing ritual, discursive meditation, cleaning my toilet, and several prayers but your daily routine might look different than this. Coll represents the slow, steady, unrelenting pursuit of Source or Spirit (some would call it God) and full integration when it comes to learning.

For how you should reach out to Ariel, they give you three cards:

For the You card, they give Ngetal or Health well-dignified. You will feel Ariel's presence most viscerally as a "vibe" or via your etheric body. Bathing, massage, and getting lots of sunlight are the ways I would suggest preparing your etheric body to sense Ariel. Also, get out in nature and "touch grass" so she can speak to you via the animals, the sky, and the trees. Sit with your back to a tree at least a few times a week and make notes of how you feel.

For the Situation, they give Ioho or Grace ill-dignified. The modern era tries to prevent us from true rest and you are no exception. In order to align yourself with Ariel, you are going to have to cut yourself some slack, slow down, and feel some different rhythms. Get rid of excess stuff and clutter, minimize as much as possible, and get outside as much as possible. She likes concrete action where this is concerned -- if you're having trouble feeling her presence, GO OUTSIDE.

For the Outcome, they give Huath or Obstacles well-dignified. She has chosen you because you have a strong spirit that topples the opposition via its fire and Will. She wants you to develop that Will (again the discipline theme) with humility in service of her. She wants you as a warrior and soldier, if that makes sense.

Yes, the soldier thing does make sense - I have fragmented memories of about 6 or 7 different past lives, and all but one of them was a soldier or similar (eg. Naval ship captain). In this lifetime, I am not a soldier, but I have a LOT of Mars and Pluto in my birth chart.

Forests are my favourite places, so I will try to engage with her more there.

Interestingly enough, I feel I got 'tested' by her this evening - whilst out on my bicycle, I came across a lost calf on a back road, near to a railway crossing. It was getting dark, and I had to 'herd' the calf back to a gap in the fence that I assume it had broken out from. The weird tingly-neck sensation I got after helping it back made me think I passed the test. This is not the first such experience recently - I have also had to help a hedgehog across a road, remove a trapped frog, release multiple birds that had become stuck inside buildings, get an orphaned otter rescued, and put various bugs back outside or out of danger.
