I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night.  Please limit your reading request to four or fewer Ogham cards: though this can take many forms, here are some common ones (all of them are basically combos of 4 cards):

-a single three card reading for the week or month and a one-off, one card reading
-four questions about four separate items that require one answer (card) per item
-a one card reading to answer a specific question and a three card for a more nuanced question
-Two separate readings, two cards a piece exploring the positives and negatives of two different choices

Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

I am happy to do Ogham readings confidentially via email -- just email me at k steele studio at gmail during the allotted time/before deadline.

Please note I take time off during Solstices and Equinoxes for Druid stuff and because sometimes I simply need a break

My next planned break is the week of Sunday, June 23.

For a more in depth look into how I read and interpret the Ogham's symbols, please visit my website druidogham.wordpress.com.

I am currently trying to minimize my use of PayPal.  If you'd like to make a donation, I would be grateful if you did it here:

Your prayers of blessing to the deity/deities of your choice are welcome whether or not you can donate.

Back in January I asked you to divine about an old friend that returned to my life.

Well, this person has a lot of problems, and I can't say we have anything in common any more.
He turned to me for help after losing a job, and ran into a SNAFU with unemployment benefits. I have
been providing financial aid, with no real expectation of return.

He finally managed to get a job with my help, but if anything his need for funding is accelerating with medical issues, old debtors crawling out of the woodwork, and a completely unsympathetic government. It is as if latent problems are realizing now that someone else is helping with the bills. His constant psychic distress is getting old, and the things I've taught him appear to have made no difference. While I can afford this for now, I've run out of patience and positivity.

So my questions:
1) Is there an end to this, or is his drowning in chronic debt karmic?
2) Am I in the situation of trying to save a drowning victim, only to get pulled in myself?
3) What's my own karma in this situation?

Thanks again.

Greetings Kimberly! Thanks as always for your readings.

Feedback: this past week was Ngetal ill-dig, Nuin well-dig, Oir well-dig. Ngetal ill-dig mostly applied at the end of the week, where I briefly slipped into increasingly outdated overeating habits in order to stay awake. Otherwise I kept a focus on establishing normal sleep and eating routines - and it worked out well. Nuin well-dig is a promising change in career sent to me via e-mail, and Oir well-dig is a needed revelation on where I am in life. The epiphany is one I've avoided saying to myself and I had to just force myself to put it down on paper for the lightbulb to turn on.

The previous two-week period you gave me Luis ill-dig and Ioho ill-dig. The combined meaning of those two readings was my very bad habit of trying to force a sense of forward progress in my life and personal development, which I did by sometimes rather erratic actions that aren't helpful to me or other people. I think that habit is being kicked out of me, finally, and good riddance. You can't rush progress, sometimes you just have to be patient and wait for a better time and opportunity for self-development.

1. What do I need to know to make the best of this coming week?

2. A favorite blog and blogger of mine has deleted their account and all the essays and resources they've shared over the years. It was a treasure trove of information. I have access to some of the archived articles from the blog, but not all. I'm not asking if the blog will be resurrected or not. That's not my choice nor business and I respect the author's choice, which comes from an understandable place. Knowing the blog had a lot of very useful information and insights on it that me and others benefitted from, I'd like to ask your Ogham if there is something in my power to do that would be an appropriate response to losing that blog. Just letting it go? Something else?

I'm going to assume that what's generally left of this website is isolated pages, and nobody ever scraped the site.

The first place to look would be the archive.org Wayback machine, to see if the web site has ever been scraped over time. The engine there will take "pictures" of large chunks of web sites at random intervals, so there may be parts of it still in existance. An Example.

The next thing to check is archive.today, a site for snapshotting individual pages and generating hash links to them. To show what it's capable of, I took 50 or so of my favorite articles from the old Archdruid Report and archived them there back in the day. They have a client, so you could use that to snapshot whatever fragments you find.

Neither of those tools will be able to collect fragments found in other locations and assign them to "original" locations, nor can they dig up pages nobody thought to save. If you do find articles in other places, you will need your own web page to link your own captures to these older captures.

Lastly, for more individualized storage you could use programs like evernote or Zotero to collect whatever pages you find and collate them into a database. It may be possible to then export the data again in convenient formats, or share portions of the databases out.

Hi Kimberly,

A couple of questions this week:

1) Could I please have a 3 card reading for my sister M for the month? I have her permission, she has been feeling unusually depressed and stressed, and it would be good to see if we can get some insight on causes and outcomes.
2) Could I have a 1 card reading on the outcome of working with the spirit B?

Thanks as always for your insights,

P
