Ogham Readings on Sundays

Hi Everyone,

 

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

 

Please note I will be taking off the weeks of December 24, 2023 and December 31, 2023.  Readings will resume as usual January 7, 2024.

Hi Eve,

You drew three cards this week: all were well-dignified. Now, don't get too excited... a well-dig reading is more of an indicator of triumph over adversity than it is a lack of adversity. Sure, it's good you're likely to triumph, but the adversity can still be very much there.

For the You position, you drew Eadha or Limits. Knowing your own limits and the limits of your personal world gives you tremendous advantages this week. Be wary of those forces who would divide your time (not necessarily with any malice aforethought, though malice may feel like the end result) and who would take your energy away. This is especially prevalent during the Solstice season when all of the sane animals are hibernating. We humans are tricked into speeding up when we should all be slowing down.

For the Situation, you drew Coll or Wisdom. You have a good sense of when to shut up. Good for you! This is also a week of getting and staying organized, contemplation, and hard work, including potential physical labor. Realizing the value of slogging away and remaining silent and uncomplaining will sweeten your relationship with the Divine.

For the Outcome, you drew Phagos or Teaching. This week could bring the delight of being able to share your own mastery, or it could have a master sharing their expertise with you. In any case, it will be easy to identify the true expert by their balanced ego and humility.
