Ogham Readings on Sundays
Dec. 9th, 2023 11:05 pm
Hi Everyone,
I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.
Please note I will be taking off the weeks of December 24, 2023 and December 31, 2023. Readings will resume as usual January 7, 2024.
For a more in depth look into how I read and interpret the Ogham's symbols, please visit my website druidogham.wordpress.com.
I am currently trying to minimize my use of PayPal. If you'd like to make a donation, I would be grateful if you did it here:

Your prayers of blessing to the deity/deities of your choice are welcome whether or not you can donate.

Date: 2023-12-10 11:33 pm (UTC)In truth I'm scared to tap into this energy, but of course if I don't start owning it and managing it well, we all know the dangers of avoidance and voluntary ignorance. I have a lot of fear surrounding others' and my own sexual aspect of this energy, so any input is greatly appreciated.

Date: 2023-12-11 05:08 am (UTC)You drew three cards in reference to these questions.
For the first question, "What is the best way to channel and use my vital energy from my deep subconscious?" The Ogham give you Phagos or Teaching well-dignified. In essence, they suggest you must become the absolute ruler of this energy, and the only way I know of doing what they advise here is a ton of discursive meditation. Know thyself!
For the second question, "How can I use it constructively in accordance with the highest good?" They give Straif or Resilience well-dignified. Resilience is only in the mind. Prepping is good -- go ahead, learn skills and save the harvest. Protect yourself and wildcraft a bunch of nature's gifts. All that is fine and good, but true resilience is a matter of flexibility and knowing what to include and what to throw away. No two are alike: your resilience will not be identical to anyone else's. What does it mean for you to be resilient? What have you bounced back from in the past? In what ways did it kill you and what parts did it kill, good or bad?
For the third question, "What pitfalls should I be wary of?" The Ogham provide Duir or Gifts ill-dignified. It is OK to keep your gifts to yourself. You don't owe anyone though they may insist otherwise. Yes, you do enjoy some privilege but that is your business. We all have privileges in one way or another, even if we are downtrodden in some areas too. Keep in mind there are many people who think they are owed -- sexually, emotionally, financially. The old word for them was "vampire". Even the ones we love can be vampiric: as a person with an especially potent etheric signature, I tend to draw vampires like moths to a flame. That is why I am in the habit of saying NO early and often.
