Ogham Readings on Sundays
Dec. 9th, 2023 11:05 pm
Hi Everyone,
I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.
Please note I will be taking off the weeks of December 24, 2023 and December 31, 2023. Readings will resume as usual January 7, 2024.
For a more in depth look into how I read and interpret the Ogham's symbols, please visit my website druidogham.wordpress.com.
I am currently trying to minimize my use of PayPal. If you'd like to make a donation, I would be grateful if you did it here:

Your prayers of blessing to the deity/deities of your choice are welcome whether or not you can donate.

I managed to speak with the mechanic who I worked and shared labor with in past, and the machinery that has been giving me trouble since Thanksgiving was repaired the next day.
I have known for a while that I needed to replace the tires, and I took Tinne as a sign to get on with that labor, with Straif as a sign to face that financial blow head on and not wait for the tires to wear through.
To ask: This past week, I got an offer to sell M. Over the course of this year, I have been developing C to the point that M is seemingly superfluous. I was hoping to rent out M, but offers have been tenuous and fleeting. What does the Ogham make of this?
What is it that I need to know this week, according to the Ogham?

Date: 2023-12-11 03:51 am (UTC)My Ogham suggest you sell M. They provide Ur or Intimacy well-dignified. Putting on my Sacred Homemaking cap here: Yes, M is a sentient being. Many objects are, in fact, more than anyone in modern civilization acknowledges. I clean the toilet because I believe it is sentient. This sort of thinking drives some people mad, but I guess I was just born crazy, so I guess I am used to it. Thank M for the relationship you had and send her away with your blessings and love. She will be happy with someone else. My cat used to be a foster and she was content and happy with her foster dad and mom and her cat brother. It took her some adjustment but now she is happier by the day in my home. M will be loved and taken care of. You can let her go to new adventures.
You drew three cards this week.
For the You position, you drew Ioho or Grace well-dignified. For anything new to be born, something old must give way and die. Death isn't just when some person curls up and dies -- relationships die. Seasons die. Habits die. Old ways of looking at things die and are replaced by new perspectives. Death can truly suck, but it is the way of the world and you'll do better to work with it rather than against it.
For the Situation, you drew Phagos or Teaching ill-dignified. You may be obliged to suffer a fool or at the very least someone who is acting the fool. When someone talks at me instead of with me, that is a Phagos ill-dignified moment. Do your best not to be drawn into anger. Phagos ill-dignified can also signify frustration with the limits of your own knowledge.
For the Outcome, you drew Muin or Harvest well-dignified. You get out what you put in, and though you doubt yourself, you did put in some good stuff and you tended it well. It's OK to pat yourself on the back once in a while, and the Ogham are suggesting you take a breather and enjoy the fruits of your diligence and efforts.
