Every time I see one of those, I just... scratch my head. Manufacturing isn't just some guy at a workbench making random stuff for sale. It's legions of people coming up with the design, building the models, designing the packaging, product testing, extruding plastic into the molds, applying decals, packing, shipping, shelving... there are probably hundreds of people directly involved in getting that thing to market. And *nobody* stopped to say "Gosh, I'm not sure this is really appropriate for little kids..." ? How does this happen?
