Hi Everyone,
I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

I am not really sure what the gift mentioned in the last reading was supposed to indicate, but I will update you if I receive anything out of the ordinary.
My first question for this week then is the same: would it be beneficial for me to purchase a Thai talisman for protection (there are 2 now that I am considering).
My second question, if I may, is did Hekate accept the offerings I made on the dark of the Moon and is she willing to work with me?

Q- A friend of mine recently didn't react well to a group discussion, and what seemed to me like gentle criticism/advice, regarding his dating patterns and reactivity/intolerance towards any potential mention of astrology. He has been a bit passive agressive/unresponsive to myself and others since.

For the Outcome, you drew Nuin or Communication well-dignified. Chances are that your message or goodness of character affects someone you don't know at all this week for the better. Nevertheless, the karma will return your way. Nuin also talks about proper recognition, being able to negotiate and work with people from afar, and states of accumulation when it comes to learning and knowledge.

Date: 2023-05-22 03:07 am (UTC)My Ogham don't care for the Thai talismans this week either. For Thai talisman No. 1, they provide Phagos or Teaching ill-dignified. For reasons that you do not understand, the first talisman is not going to work out. Phagos is a card of the mental plane and of fundamental laws of nature, so if you get it ill-dignified, it means that there are large forces at work that make the talisman unsuitable for you.
For Thai talisman No. 2, you drew Ailm or Transcendence ill-dignified. This means the second talisman will either not work for its intended purpose at all or that you'll think it's working when it is not. Either way, my Ogham are straight up suggesting you try other kinds of talismans as for whatever reason, Thai talismans are not right for you.
For Hekate, she provides Onn or Community well-dignified as an affirmative that she accepts your dark moon offerings and she welcomes you to the fold.

When I ask "Should the donations be in actual shelf-stable food?" they provide Ngetal or Hygiene well-dignified. My thoughts are perhaps someone in that organization is corrupt and misuses monetary donations. It is difficult to find honest charities these days: lots of greedy people lining their pockets.
For the second one, the Ogham provide Ioho or Grace ill-dignified. This probably indicates some more corruption, or another invisible problem that makes a monetary donation problematic. When I ask "Can he/she buy them cat food or other items on their wishlist instead?" The Ogham provide Nuin or Communication well-dignified, meaning that you might consider telling them you prefer to donate physical gifts for the cats and their fosters/adopters. When I recently adopted my newest cat Jujube, someone had crocheted a bunch of beautiful mats for cats to sleep on, basically small rag rugs. They gave me one of them with Jujube on her adoption day.

It is very easy to apply too much or too little force this week, so I would suggest propitiating and praying to Ares, who may be willing to help you with this set of issues. Overall, when I have worked with Ares he has helped me resolve my own bad karma for horrible mistakes I made when I was much younger and helped me see destructive patterns for which I was projecting the shadow instead of working on myself.

My thoughts on this are that you've laid some truths out bare and raw, and though they are true, it wasn't the place or the time to air them. Obviously you cannot go back in time and change what you said or did, but you can resolve not to do that anymore. The next time you have a truth-bomb or a stinging set of observations, keep them to yourself and meditate upon them thoroughly with the guidance of your Holy Guardian Angel before you put them on the table, which may be never. In the meantime, be compulsively grateful and thankful for all the small blessings down to the most mundane such as a locking door and a flushing toilet, but especially be grateful for your loved ones, because it's like I said on my Dream of Flight album, oddly composed when I was still atheist/agnostic: cherish all that you see and you hear, for this moment will soon disappear.
