Ogham Readings on Sundays

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

I will be taking off the last Sunday in December 2022 and the first Sunday of 2023 this year.

What's up for me and my family this week?

A question about the last 2 weeks' readings: Option W got Ioho well-dignified, and Option Y got Fearn well-dignified. You said both were good; is one better than the other?

I hope to provide more feedback later when I have the time.

Hi PW,

You and your family drew three cards this week.

For the You position, you drew Beith or Intention ill-dignified. This means everyone may be going in too many diverse directions. If this is the case, it is time to slow down, prune the schedule, and make some quiet time that does not involve cooking, traveling, or gift exchange. It could also mean that one or more family members (including yourself) has restless energy or not enough energy.

For the Situation, you drew Tinne or Defense ill-dignified. There are reasons to be defensive and these could include physical dangers. Take caution, practice prevention. That said, paranoia does not serve anybody and it ends up being an Achilles' heel that wounds from the inside. Throwing money at a thing isn't going to solve it even if you somehow suddenly have that money. There is sensible defense and then there is overkill; go the sensible route.

For the Outcome, you drew Luis or Protection well-dignified. This is the card of the Holy Guardian Angel or team of them that is looking after your family. Since it is showing up, again, there may be dangers this week so be aware. Overall, this is the card of recognizing the higher self and what constitutes true nobility (which has nothing at all to do with financial status) that endures in the face of hardship.

As for Ioho (Grace) and Fearn (Guidance), Ioho is better long term but requires more sacrifice on the short term. Fearn implies expertise and people willing to lend their help and knowledge. Personally, I would go with Ioho because it is more long term, but of course only you know the situation and what better suits your needs.
