Ogham Readings on Sundays

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

I will be taking off the last Sunday in December 2022 and the first Sunday of 2023 this year.

Hi Anon,

You drew three cards for 2023.

For the You position, the Ogham provide Ailm or Transcendence ill-dignified. Your primary problems of 2023 will lie within your own ability to rise above and make the best of the circumstances you have been given. The Ogham think there are forces trying to drag you down into immature and self-destructive decisions. Your challenge is to think your way out of them and to see them coming before they happen. When crap inevitably happens, be a good Stoic about it, don't wallow, and move on. Beware false transcendence, which is the common "bright-sided" approach to pretending you are over something when you aren't.

For the Situation, you drew Gort or Perseverance well-dignified. When you are in it for the long haul, life can throw some nasty stuff your way and it only makes you stronger. 2023 is not without its challenges, but you have proven time and time again that you are unbreakable when you set your mind to a thing.

For the Karma, you drew Coll or Wisdom well-dignified. You are not adverse to hard work. Your willingness to learn the slow and hard way is a tortoise approach and not a hare approach, and we all know who won that race.
