Ogham Readings on Sundays

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night. Though I am flattered that people want readings after the deadline, I decline reading requests made after 8pm Central Time on Sunday night without exception.

I will be taking off the last Sunday in December 2022 and the first Sunday of 2023 this year.

Hi Jan,

December may be a bit of a doozy: all three cards were ill-dignified. That said, they are giving you a heads up and you may be able to fend off the majority of imbalances at the pass. I know this often happens with me when I get an all ill-dig reading.

For the You position, you drew Ur or Intimacy. When this is ill-dignified, it can be talking about those who you are in close relationships with being troubled or behaving badly. Remember that you cannot change anybody, that's their job. Be the change you want to see in the world and let them worry about themselves. Additionally, if you feel a need to blab on and on, don't, just zip it and you won't regret it.

For the Situation, you drew Phagos or Teaching. This points to having to suffer with someone (or more than one someone) who thinks their ignorance is better than your knowledge. When you are faced with people like this, it's best to de-escalate (they want a fight usually) and/or ignore. If you are the one speaking out of your butt or getting your ego all puffed up, the Ogham are warning you ahead of time to curb your worst tendencies. Another possibility with this card is that your teaching talents go unappreciated. I often pull Phagos ill-dig when my students miss lessons.

For the Outcome, you drew Fearn or Bridge. Bad gurus can be lurking when this card is ill-dignified. There may also be a scam or a scheme that seems very tempting. If something appears on the horizon that seems too good to be true, it probably is. There is also the possibility of "good advice that you just can't take" like the old Alanis Morrissette song.
