Hi NWW,

This week may be a bit of a doozy. All three cards were ill-dignified, though I will put out my usual disclaimer that I have had some great days on all ill-dig readings. Basically the Ogham are saying that imbalance is likely in a few key areas, but forewarned is forearmed.

For the You position, you drew Ruis or Regret. There will either be a tendency to beat yourself up about past cringeworthy moments and/or the opposite imbalance, which is a failure to see yourself in the wrong. It is super important here to think deeply about where you are culpable, how you are a product of your times and your circumstances, and just how much was you. Once you've done that, if you erred, do a solid "I don't do that anymore" and let it be.

For the Situation, you drew Ioho or Grace. This could point to you not resting enough or too much. Ioho is ruled by Saturn. Too much Saturn means you (or someone else who has influence with you) is being too harsh and unbending, not letting go of what is not meant to be, attempting to control too much. The opposite imbalance is being all play and no work, Puer Aeternis who lets his loved ones toil and suffer instead of becoming a responsible adult.

For the Outcome, Ngetal or Hygiene came up. Ngetal can be talking about health risks or problems when ill-dignified, so take precautions such as not overworking yourself if you're not feeling well, taking supplements (especially B and D), and treating your body with the respect it deserves. Ngetal in this dignity can also be talking about needing a clean break from a toxic person or situation.
