I have been on a part-time work-remotely program for about 2 years now, being physically present 3 days each week and working from home the other 2. Recently I have been requested to come in to the plant on a day when I would normally be absent (which I am willing to do - and have done on occasion - I just need to know beforehand which days are affected) only to have the request cancelled the day before. Today marks the 3rd consecutive time that this has happened. I'm wondering if this is just ineptitude and poor planning, or is there something else going on behind the scenes?
