I often pull this card when I have to deal with internet trolls, bad drivers, asshats in my extended family, or surly store clerks or customers. It's a card of people being snippy with each other in public arenas, including the internet. Obviously you have a choice and you can rise above such behavior, ignoring it wherever possible.
