Date: 2022-04-17 03:42 pm (UTC)I've worked hard to put myself into a position where I don't need a car (and haven't owned one now for over a decade). However, I live in a major city, and I'm not so sure it's a great idea to plan to be here long-term. I'm wondering what the Ogham think about looking into a vehicle for the purposes of starting to get involved in rural areas outside the city, in preparation for a transition. Is it something worth considering, or is my energy (and money) best spent elsewhere?
If any appropriate detail-questions come to mind during the reading, I'd appreciate you asking them, as well.

Date: 2022-04-17 07:33 pm (UTC)I need to start learning a divination method to compliment my SoP and meditation practice and to complete my daily magical work. I was planning to and had barely started to learn Tarot divination, but a recent acquaintance sensed I might do better with runes as my form of divination. I'm curious what your Ogham has to say?
Lastly, not a question for the Ogham necessarily, but for clarity: pretty much anytime people talk about runes, they're referring to the Nordic runes. Is that correct, or would, say, your carved Ogham blocks count in a sense as runes?

Date: 2022-04-17 09:54 pm (UTC)I asked a couple weeks ago about moving to Honolulu on May 29, and have booked the tickets; I will be leaving then, and have been busy getting the preparations for it. I have two further questions I'd like to ask your ogham:
a) My current thinking is I'll book a hotel for a few weeks, and try to find somewhere once I get there. Do your ogham think this will work, or have any advice on finding a place to live?
b) I've run into a major roadblock with my plans, because in order to work in the US, I'll need a social security number, and as a US citizen I am entitled to one; but I have not gotten one yet (I only proved my citizenship a few weeks ago); and doing so requires going to the US. The problem though is that any international travel requires registration with the Canadian government, and since I'm unvaccinated (and leaving Canada in large part because of the Covid madness) there will be a host of restrictions placed on my life when I return; these are strictly enforced, so there's no getting around it.
It seems kind of risky to me to wait until I'm there, but that currently looks like my best option. Do your ogham have any advice on this?
