Hello and thanks for this!

I'm wondering what to do about my kid's school. He goes to a Montessori school, which is the best option at the moment, but which is unfortunately run by full blown covid panic PMC types. The state is lifting it's mask mandate for schools, but the Montessori school is saying it's keeping the mask mandate in place.

Emails to the head of the school demanding the choice to opt out for our kid have gotten no reply. The actual teachers are very supportive of ending mask use. Significant financial aid allows us to attend this school, and if I'm too much of a pain they could just deny financial aid. I'm weighing various approaches, and your divination input is much appreciated!

Two new options have appeared, one of them greatly resembling the recommended #5 from previous readings. Is this it, or should I seek another? I know the Ogham is somewhat ill-suited to binary type questions, but I am certain that whatever the reading can reveal will be both accurate and useful - as it has been in the past.

I’m running into some delays to finishing up my studio. The water isn’t hooked up yet, nor is the on demand water heater. We also haven’t installed the composting toilet, a factor that affects my aging bladder more that anyone needs to know(!)

So I’m thinking the element of water (feelings and loving kindness) might be blocked somehow? The powder room is in the southeast corner of the studio, if that’s any useful info.

i know you gave me a MONTH-ahead reading already so if you're tapped out this week and i'm being greedy but i'm reading Christopher Lasch's book on THE REVOLT OF THE ELITES, and i am wondering if it would be good idea to start a simple podcast conversation.

seeing that Steve Kirsch couldn't even speak in the MIT auditorium he paid for with $2.5 mil, that's how it is. i don't wanna speak think it's a waste of time... but then here i am and go to eco dream like a lifeline.

is it a selfish ego trip waste of time? or can it help us think and spread new ideas?

as i look into what democracy actually is in practice i see there are multiple sides to many things. James said it's like we're only ever begging for a new form of servitude in any of these things.

Hi PCK,

Thanks for the feedback. This week you drew three cards.

For the You card, you drew Muin or Harvest ill-dignified. This indicates you feel like you're in a rut. The only way to get out of a rut, otherwise known as the "psychology of previous investment", is to look at how you got into it and then use your dislike of the rut to motivate you to move on. Easier said than done, of course.

For the Situation, you drew Nuin or Communication. As I have mentioned before, Nuin is the card of autistic people and things, and if it is well-dignified it is probably talking about the inherent benefits of autism. Attention to certain details and the ability to suss out certain forms of information come to mind as some inherent benefits of autism.

For the Outcome, you drew Onn or Community ill-dignified. You feel like a square peg in a round hole this week, not fitting in to the niche you'd like to occupy. This could also point to feeling overdependent upon the community or at the mercy of its whims.

My Ogham don't think much of it. They provide Ailm or Transcendence ill-dignified, which means that it won't help you succeed in life or transcend the circumstances that you'd rather put behind you.

Looks like a bit of a doozy this week. All three cards are ill-dignified. Please keep in mind I've had great weeks on all-dignified readings, mostly because the Ogham warned me of all the potential imbalances before they were able to happen!

For the You position, you drew Luis or Protection. Your weaknesses and vices present themselves and try to push open the door this week, so it's a good week to be prepared for lapses in conscience. Don't give in to pettiness, excessive worry, griping, or any small-minded nastiness this week. Also be on the watch for literal physical danger or threats this week. Wearing a protective amulet would not be a bad idea.

For the Situation position, you got Saille or Sensitivity. There is a danger of tuning out too much and not paying attention to what is getting in. There is also the possibility that you are hyper-emotional and oversensitive or that someone close to you is either obtuse or oversensitive.
The treatment for sensitivity imbalances is to think about what is truly important to you and ruthlessly omit and ignore the rest. In the world of stuff, this means minimalism: the objects you allow into your house are well-chosen and curated. In the world of relationships, it means deleting most of the contacts in your address book.

For the Outcome, you drew Muin or Harvest. Muin warns of the psychology of previous investment and feeling like you are in a rut. It is over-investment in failing strategies. It can also mean a more literal thin harvest, meaning having a bank account that's running on fumes or being hit with an unwanted expense.
