Hi Everyone, I am so sorry that I am not able to do the usual Ogham readings this week.  I am closing down my commercial space and I find myself too busy and distracted. I promise this is temporary and I will be reading Ogham next week on Sunday night as usual. This week will be an Open Post. Please feel free to discuss almost anything, but keep in mind I do not publish profanity.

I'm curious if there are any natural magic/protective measures you plan to take having so many people in and out of your house for lessons. Or maybe it's not an issue because the people who have stuck with you aren't part of the crazy right now?

Interesting question! I have been teaching out of the house for a few days at this point -- I feel like it's easier to keep up with the protective measures because I do the Sphere of Protection here every day anyways. It has been tougher at my parents' house, because I don't do the SoP there. I used to do it at the old studio every couple of weeks or so, but it wasn't enough to keep up with the psychic grime that surrounded the place. I had a "massage parlor" that was actually prostitution/human trafficking on one side and a bunch of maskatarians that I shared a door with on the other side.

I’ve also been taking to heart what I need to do to protect my demesne. I have crystals and a couple of Hopi marriage baskets I put in my treatment space, and I clean them etherically during the full moon, intermittently I’ll admit.

But I will be choosing a day to have a blessing ceremony with my friends, and I also do a Sphere of Protection most days anyway.

I might be asking the Ogham for advice about protective herbs around the front door.

Life is awesome and busy these days.

I've helped shutdown a business before and know the hardest part is letting go of the planned and expected future. I know your situation is slightly different, but I'm sure it comes with the same levels of anxiety. I pray for a smooth transition to your new situation.

I'm amazed at what is happening in Canada right now. Amazed that the people have come together so well and powerfully and amazed at how thoroughly Trudeau has discarded his mask.

And amazed that it was Canada that did it first instead of the USA. What in the world made *that* happen?

Keep in mind that in the US it's possible to go about normal life a lot more than here. Even California and New York aren't locked down as strictly as we are.

I love the “please leave me alone” flag with a hissing Canada goose on it. It’s in the same style as the “don’t tread on me” flags.

Believe me, Canada geese are much scarier than your average Canadian snake!

I am being entirely serious here when I say I believe the land spirits of Canada are fighting back and are lending courage to the Canadian people. Trudeau and his minions will lose. Trudeau's buddies may be legion but they are now fighting far greater and smarter forces than themselves.

It's amazing how Toronto news media completely avoided mentioning the truckers until they started showing up in the downtown core--whereupon they started talking up counter-protests.

Interestingly, the truckers and supporters managed to not get baited by Antifa. Shockingly, the Toronto police told Antifa to go away, something they haven't done before.

The movement is growing as I've never seen before. There are already more protesting truckers then all of the workers involved in the 1919 Winnipeg General Strike, and I can see other people taking up unionism in solidarity.

Hard to say. Seems like it could be garden variety mental illness or drugs just as much as it could be demonic possession.
