For the outcome card you gave me Beith, and said it would bring a fresh new influence, and you weren't able to say exactly what it would be, so I'd like to say it was a deepening of my spiritual practices. I've found that my ritual work has suddenly become far stronger and more rewarding.
1) I'd like to ask once more: what's up this week?
2) There are rumblings my trades training program will be cancelled again due to another lockdown. Is this something I need to worry about, or will the program be able to start in May as planned?

Date: 2021-03-15 07:37 pm (UTC)OK, this week is a bit of rough sailing. There are big changes afoot for you. In the You position, which refers to your general state, you got Mór, or Change, which refers to your character beginning to diverge dramatically from who you used to be.
For the Situation position, you drew Gort or Ivy, well-dignified. Ivy is Perseverance and it means that you are persevering where it is needed. You are following through despite adversity from all sides and finding out that you are fairly tough and resilient.
The final karmic lesson card is Straif, ill-dignified. You'll be put through some trying situations this week and you'll be tempted to either overreact or under-react to it/them. Remember that these trials are "long game" tests of how much resilience and maturity you have built. Don't give up on your newfound sanguinity.

Date: 2021-03-15 07:49 pm (UTC)I felt your other question "Who called my name this morning?" was better presented as a question for the Tarot. I asked them to give me a trump card if it was a god, a court card for a human being living or dead, and a minor arcana card for everyone/everything else. They gave me the minor arcana Four of Disks, which in my deck (Thoth) is Power or the Sun in Capricorn. Not an ominous card at all, just someone having fun with you is my guess.

Date: 2021-03-15 08:03 pm (UTC)For Surgeon One, recommended by three people, they give Luis or Guidance ill-dignified, which means that their guidance is faulty. This seems to say that the whole thing is flawed regardless of their recommendations.
For Surgeon Two, they give me Ioho, ill-dignified, which indicates a lack of Grace. This one I really don't like because Ioho is a card of earthing-out, so if you absolutely must schedule surgery with either of these two, I'd go with the first one.

For your Significator or the You card, this will be a week of overall change for you personally. They give me Mór which means big change, as in slow, glacial, almost unnoticeable shifts in the way you generally view life.
The Situation card they give me is Koad or Confluence. This means that this week is one of karmic culmination for you and that you should look for the perfect storm of factors that is trying to port you a life lesson of how or how not to be.
For the Outcome or Lesson of the week, they give me Saille, which is talking about the balance of Sensitivity and Flexibility. You are being instructed about flexibility this week and about how adjusting your sensitivity threshold (often easier said than done) can be the difference between contentment and misery.

They give me three ill-dignified cards.
For the You position, they give me Oír, or Epiphany. This is to say you'll have an "A-ha" moment this week, and as we know, an epiphany is never a hundred percent positive or negative, it just is. For this reason I don't read this card as well- or ill-dignified despite it being ill-dignified.
For the middle Situation position, they give me Ngetal or Hygiene ill-dignified. This means that someone (not you) will be either over- or under-hygienic. In our current era of Nothingburger Flu paranoia, this is a fairly common situation to be in: when someone else either becomes over-concerned with keeping themselves "safe" and wears four masks or goes off the opposite deep end and neglects to wash their hands after going to the washroom, that sort of thing. It can also refer to the general chaotic and filthy state of the astral right now, which like Covid is endemic.
Lastly, your karmic lesson is Straif or Strife ill-dignified. This means that you are tasked with not giving up when the going gets tough this week. It's possible you may face a confrontation or an argument with someone and you'll have to get through it with dignity and grace. Personally, I've had this card come up recently when a payment processor I used to do business with gave me a fight when it came time for a payout, and then right after that, a webhost I used to do business charged me for services I did not order. As a result, I had to take it up with both companies. Thankfully, I got my money back in both cases without a huge fight.

For the You part of the reading, they give me Koad or Confluence. This is a card of karmic culmination, so look for a combination of factors that seems geared towards a lesson about yourself -- it's a learning opportunity. It's a Forfedha, which is the Ogham equivalent of a trump card in the Tarot, so I don't read it well- or ill-dignified.
For the second Situation card, they give me Uilleand or Generosity. This means that you'll be in a situation where being generous is the best policy. Because this is Situation, it will likely be someone else who is tasked with acting generously towards you and it is just as likely that they will fail as they will succeed. If they fail, look for the opportunity they missed to be a better person and watch for ways to learn from their mistake. Likewise, if they do act generously, it will be a learning experience.
For the Outcome, you drew Fearn or Guidance well-dignified. Watch for direct guidance from an in-the-flesh teacher person this week and/or one of your spirit guides. You will have some fairly direct input this week from either a guardian angel or a human mentor or both.

For the Situation, they give me Ngetal or Hygiene well-dignified. This says that you will have a clean astral slate this week, you'll be a bit freer from mental clutter than usual as indicated by the presence of Beith. This also indicates good health this week for you or for someone you care about, nevertheless, take your vitamin D and get some sunshine.
For the final card, they give me Phagos or Teaching, which means your expertise in some matter will come in handy. Watch for a teaching moment that is also an opportunity to learn the patience of a good teacher.

The one about using my special skill for someone's need hit the same week (did a specialist subject translation to English) and echoed the week after (a one off training in something I have experience in for some newbies related to my group). It is interesting to notice and review what happens.

The first is the You position. It is Tinne or Defense, well-dignified. This is to say you are taking the proper attitude towards defense, which means you are analyzing things correctly. This dovetails nicely with my Art of War essays which I will start publishing tonight in approximately one hour.
The second card you drew is Quert, ill-dignified. Quert means Delight and its tree is the Apple. This card indicates a Situation (or several) where you or a loved one will have one of two imbalances: a lack of celebration or too much of it. A lack of celebration could mean that you need to stop and smell the roses -- the lesson of the song Cat In The Cradle comes to mind of the father who is too busy for his young son's life and ends up with an adult son who is too busy to care for his elderly dad. The opposite would be too much celebration for you or someone else; overindulgence and debauch that sets you back and hurts people around you because it is at their expense.
The third card or Lesson card this week is Straif, ill-dignified. There will be a trying situation where not taking the high road will be a legitimate temptation. This card cautions you to rise above and be the mature one instead of sinking to the level of the annoyance.

I started a local group that promotes mask-free living and get togethers on Facebook only a month ago and it is now up to 450 members. Lately it's been gaining about 25 members a day. I call my group Speakeasy Illinois. You are welcome to "steal" my idea and call it Speakeasy Ottawa!
