For Choice A, making the small group stuff wait until your daughter advances in the org (1-2 years), the Ogham give Straif or Resilience ill-dignified. Overall, you cannot make this dependent on your daughter's advancement, but instead a careful weighing of benefits and risks to you and your family.
For Choice B, joining now, they give Tinne or Defense well-dignified, because my Ogham think you are correct, it may be hard to join one to two years down the road. It will work out if you get in "while the getting is good".
For Choice C, playing it by ear until you feel the moment is right, my Ogham like this very much. They give Ngetal or Health well-dignified, which means you truly do have all the time you need. I would suggest praying about this and then being a very good listener when it comes to fielding the messages, understanding your own biases enough to get a clear message. That means plenty of discursive meditation, of course.
