You'll never be out of demand as an electrician in this lifetime are my thoughts. My next door neighbors tried to do some heavy duty trimming on their elm tree and ended up taking down their power line with an errant branch. The line was half in their yard and dangling almost in the middle of the street; very dangerous. Luckily, our neighbor across the street is an electrician. He helped my neighbors restore power to their house and was able to talk to the city on their behalf (they only speak Spanish and he speaks English and Spanish).
