Ogham Readings on Saturdays

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills.  Please limit your reading request to four or fewer Ogham cards: though this can take many forms, here are some common ones (all of them are basically combos of 4 cards):

 

-a single three card reading for the week or month and a one-off, one card reading

-four questions about four separate items that require one answer (card) per item
-a one card reading to answer a specific question and a three card for a more nuanced question
-Two separate readings, two cards a piece exploring the positives and negatives of two different choices

 
I am happy to do Ogham readings confidentially via email -- just email me at k steele studio at gmail during the allotted time/before deadline.  I cannot answer health questions.  If you have a question about health or another sensitive, private matter, provide a bunch of non-identifying information and the Ogham will be able to figure it out even if I don't. I'm serious... the Ogham actually tend to "know" things without me being privy to what is going on.

Please note I take time off during Solstices and Equinoxes for Druid stuff and because sometimes I simply need a break. 

My next planned break is from Saturday, March 22, 2025 - Friday, March 28, 2025.

I take reading requests from whenever this post goes up on Friday night until 8pm US Central Time Saturday.

I think I am going to take a break from not only Dreamwidth, but also all my other social media as well. Maybe I might follow VioletCabra's footsteps and delete all my social media.

We've talked about it in the comment sections of your essays before, the "one astral pyramid rules all" phenomenon in our society today, and sad to say that I very much still have those tendencies. Regardless of the topic, I have my opinions and others have different opinions, and sometimes instead of agreeing to disagree and leaving it at that, I feel that I have to convert everybody else to my opinion. And this is bad for everybody involved because we end up wasting our emotional and mental energy arguing with each other and not changing anybody's minds, and end up hating each other over these vicious fights. Since social media is a cacophony of different opinions, if I don't get better at tolerating / respecting other people's opinions, I will end up wasting my life in endless arguments with other people on social media.

It was an extremely busy day for me so I have not gotten to reply. I appreciate your apology. I did not expect to get it. In the early 2010s, I had just gone vegan. I was completely insufferable about it at various times. Though I ended up mellowing considerably, I bought into the holier-than-thou veganism astral pyramid very hard back in the day. I did plenty of embarrassing things on social media that I am not proud of. That is why I don't do that anymore.

I stand by what I said before: you need to look at your fear of hell in discursive meditation. This is something you should do whether or not you delete social media. Social media is like TV and movies -- it's a double edged sword. It gives and it takes away. I am grateful for TV series that showed me, a total social retard, how to relate to others from various walks of life without having to live the experience. That said, too much TV or movies ends up poisoning us on the astral, and that's the same with games. Maybe moderate your social media. If you find it makes you pissy, turn off the machine and do something else. That's what I did when your replies made me pissy.

As far as the security measure of forcing people to log in, I should have done that long ago. People who think I'm worth it will create the anonymous profile and people who don't will surf elsewhere.

To me it wasn't a "vicious fight". It was annoying and it made me slightly irritable, but humans gonna human. Menopause is amazing because stuff that used to get under my skin now gets a MEH and a shrug. If the thick-skinned aspect of menopause could be bottled, someone would make billions selling it.

My Ogham predicted all of this, BTW. They suggest moderation in all things (what else is new?) and cultivating generosity. The Piscean consciousness's bad side is its One Pyramid to Rule Them All schtick but the good side is that God is in everything if you are willing to look for it.

This hit home really hard for me. In the past few weeks I've begun noticing that I've turned a lot of people's speculations into gospel. It isn't just your speculations, but also others, such as John Michael Greer's. And when those speculations end up false, I tend to lash out at other people for being a false prophet or whatever because I've been treating the speculations as gospel. And so that is something else I need to improve on.

You're welcome. It's not just you, by the way. Remember I am a rando on the internet. The only difference between me and the homeless person shouting into the air on the street corner is every now and then I pepper my tirades with "I could be wrong".
