Kimberly, I’m not sure about the Trump wins = spending spree equation. I just don’t think the old robust American consumer-friendly economy is ever coming back, Trump presidency or no. He might act to soften or reward rate of the downfall, but that’s it.
I think the one thing we can worry about in case of a Trump 2nd term is riots, ongoing riots. They may flare up, die away and flare again, but the rad-left Establishment is so devoted to the glamour-spell they’re under - you know, the “We Are The Compassionate, Truly Spiritual Ones!” self-delusion, with anyone opposing them naturally taking on a satanic role - that I think they will think they have a moral duty to riot and commit violence, pretty much continuously. Or maybe they will break apart and disintegrate from the chaos they have engendered. I hope for the latter.
