I guess this is one of the perks of growing up white. We do have a culture of sorts (several of them!), but nobody notices it, or thinks about it. We're not proud of it. We're not ashamed of it. It's just the water we swim in. The only people who think about "white" as an ethnic/racial identity are... people who have an unhealthy fixation on race!
