There's an even longer list of people who *can* process that, but won't risk their social status to say or do anything about it. It's not polite or something.
That is perhaps one of the advantages of being some kind of aspie: I never had a social status to risk! I have a super-sensitive creep radar, and I don't give a crap who they are or who they're related to, or what office they hold. Give me bad vibes and I will avoid you forever.
