I won't deny Rintrah that there is more than a grain of truth to the black widow instinct. I have a song about it called The Floating World about a beautiful succubus who lures men to death and eats them like a spider, and I have always meant to write a novel about a female serial killer who commits the perfect crimes because she seduces and kills so efficiently and ruthlessly.
"The ancient Egyptians associated their storm god Set with the desert and desert nomads. Originally he represented the parts of the natural environment that are hostile to sedentary human habitation, whereas his twin brother Osiris is the god of fecund/fertile lands very suitable for human civilization."
Thank you for that -- it is easy for me to forget basic details when meditating, and Set as the desert god versus Osiris as farm/agriculture god is a rich topic. Supposedly the Egyptian Book of the Dead is very similar to the Bible, but I don't own a translation and have not studied it. How do you think Set got his revenge?
