It's sadly true what you said about etheric energy and getting older. During my first period of truly prolonged etheric starvation when I was 32 years old, I looked back on when I was 20 and marveled at how effervescent my attitude towards life had once been so effortlessly. What I didn't realize is that one of the things that your First Saturn Return means is the end of your ability to maintain a large surplus reserve of etheric energy without any significant effort. Indeed, if one is as ignorant in how to maintain and conserve such a surplus as I was, one will be remarkably miserable once they enter their thirties. In my case, it also didn't help that I lived in an etheric "black hole" of a building in my thirties!
