Thank you for that, I will re-read Ecclesiastes... it has been a while! The quax is going to shorten many lives. I believe it shaved off the last 10 years for an elderly relative of mine with turbo-cancer. If others die the same way, the elderly won't be quite as ancient, but they'll still be good and old before they pass away. The fertility dip is going to be the worst part of it, I think. The world is sad when there is a noticeable dearth of children.
