Not a fan of The Musk but I did note early on he came out saying that the whole virus and vaccine was "stupid". He tends to think and talk like a 12 year old but give him credit for pointing his spin vector up when everyone else was pointing down. Even if it is for stupid childish reasons, the universe does not care how you come up with the right answer, just that you do.
I'd guess based on his previous statements, he's not requiring the you-know-what. Based on how many people got it in Silicon Valley, I suspect there's going to be a massive die off of engineers over the course of this decade and anyone still alive will not have to worry about it.
