Hi MF,
My Ogham like most of these.
For A, they provide Beith or Intention well-dignified, meaning A is a good idea in the right direction.
For B, they provide Koad or Confluence ill-dignified, meaning that B has a mixture of drawbacks for various reasons.
For C, they provide Uilleand or Generosity well-dignified, meaning that C benefits all sides.
For D, they provide Nuin or Communication well-dignified, which means that D is the best option for the picky and hard to please.
Overall, C is the best option with the most benefits according to the Ogham.
