I'm also frustrated and disappointed by John Michael Greer's latest article on his blog, where he insists that Trump is doing a good job at cutting down the federal government to size. No Trump isn't, DOGE under Elon Musk were the ones cutting down the federal government and Trump kicked Elon Musk out of office. Now DOGE under Trump is just another wasteful bureaucracy in the federal government that isn't doing its job.
I don't understand JMG's continuing optimism on Trump and his administration based upon Trump's actions these past few weeks. But, oh well, JMG's opinions are another example of something I don't really have any control over, so I should just accept them and ignore them and move on with my life.
