For 1), they give Oir or Epiphany well-dignified. My Ogham agree that you need to heal yourself and that it is good you realize it. One thing they would have you do is to ask yourself if it is at all satisfying to beat yourself up, because as horrifying as it sounds, beating yourself up can be a weird sort of fun. In order to defeat the negative, you have to focus on the positive until it overwhelms the negative. Any focus on the negative polarizes and activates it. Everyday, you have to ratio any mea culpa or deficiency you are fixating upon with at least two or three positives. For instance, yes, maybe you hate the way your head is shaped or your extra weight but you have to focus on your nicely shaped hands, your unique eye color, your healthy, straight nose, and your robust strength.
For 2), yes, and they give Koad or Confluence well-dignified. Every day is a snapshot in time and that snapshot is always being destroyed forever because it is in the past. Yet time is an illusion. It's a radio frequency that you are conscious of because you vibrate in sympathy to it. The best thing you can do is to imagine stepping out of time, being past this incarnation, and look at it through forgiving and compassionate eyes. For instance, I had an ex-landlord who literally went insane on me and threatened to sue me for no good reason at all (he was being sued by several other tenants for being insane, but not me) and I took a long walk in the forest preserve and imagined his higher self apologizing to me for his bad behavior. Whether I'll ever get that apology or not in the here or hereafter is irrelevant.
3) My Ogham don't think so, at least not for the rest of the year. They give Mór or Sea ill-dignified, and this tells me they want you to use the advice that has been given before coming back.
4) They give Ailm or Transcendence ill-dignified, which means they think you have too much work to do to think that way. Depression is nasty in the way that it baits us with false hope. We think that someone special will come along, or that money or good fortune will solve our sorrows, but the truth is they would only make things worse. The number one thing you can do is to be grateful for the tiniest things most people take for granted. This is why I tell people to clean and thank their toilets every night. I am not in a better financial position and nothing has significantly changed for me in the last 7 years (except my father and my beloved cat Kiki died, ugh), but I am happier than I have ever been in my life. This is a direct result of daily spiritual work in the form of the Sphere of Protection, discursive meditation, and divination.
