Thanks for asking! Actually, it’s a combination of a few things. Number one, after I brush my teeth at night, I take the contents of a soft calcium supplement capsule and stick that into the pocket areas of my gums, and by my teeth where they tend to decay. Also, I take 15mg of zinc twice a day with meals. I weigh about 120 pounds, so adjust per your own weight. I take a multivitamin in the morning in addition to the zinc as well as at least 2000 mg of vitamin C per day in pill form. The vitamins help me to breathe through my nose, along with the complete avoidance of dairy. Dairy creates a great deal of mucus, far more than sugar or carbs at least in my case. I also try to breathe through my nose because it helps prevent tooth decay.
