If Trump/Vance wins, there are many upsides, of course because he will likely close the borders, withdraw from Ukraine and other proxy wars, and pardon some of the American Left's various political prisoners. Unfortunately, the downside is that if he wins, humans gonna human, and most Americans will go on spending sprees. Once the purse strings are loosened and the rising tide lifts all ships, many will throw caution entirely to the wind and party like it is 1981 and "morning in America again". Such a binge will predictably lead to an economic and spiritual hangover and their accompanying nihilism just as it did in 1985-1990.

If he loses, the Left lose their beloved Hitler and they will have nobody to point at and to project their shadows upon. I'm actually surprised the Democratic party still exists, honestly.
