My Ogham are not so sure Option A will happen. They give Onn or Community ill-dignified, which means that someone in the local circle may be the reason for it falling through, whether this is transparent or not.
As for risks, they say Yes. They give Ailm or Transcendence well-dignified. There is an idea that this option solves more problems than it actually does. It's not as perfect as you might like to think.
