My theory is the average Leftist at this point is suffering demonic possession. I am completely serious. They act as if a foreign entity is parasitizing them and will soon win, Invasion of The Body Snatchers style. I'll be writing more about this on my regular blog post on Wednesday.

In my film appreciation class, we watched Invasion of the Body Snatchers and our instructor literally told us the movie was allegory for the spread of communism. Your reference is apt.
